I can’t complement RJ Nelson enough. Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year, and I called at 3 on a Friday. Other places told me they couldn’t come out, but RJ Nelson understood the importance and came to our house the same day. Not only that, but they also could tell we had other issues, and listened to ALL our issues. They did not try to sell us anything, but informed us of our options and timelines, we knew we had issues, so it was very reassuring to us that someone understood our issues. On top of all of this, our AC unit is by a water faucet outside, and next to the unit it was muddy. Jess took his shoes off before coming back into our house, to ensure he didn’t track mud in. That consideration was just the cherry on top of the great experience we were already having.

I have to start off by saying I never leave reviews. We own properties and started using their services and wow! So nice and professional and did not try to upsell. They explained everything well and did the job in a timely manner. I am so grateful to have found this company as we will continue to use them moving forward.

Carlos was great! Respectful of my residence and really helped understand what was wrong with my AC. I thought the pricing was fair. He didn’t rush the process and was able to fix the problem at the time of service.

Colton gave me competitive pricing that I couldn’t beat! The good thing with these guys is they offer competitive financing compared to the other competitors, Colton helped me figure out what I needed, Jeff and Gabe and the other installers did a wonderful job in and out and educated me on how to run my equipment if you guys need HVAC people GO TO THEM!

Service tech was very nice and explained everything before he did any work. Colton was fast and efficient and got our heat back up and going before the cold weather hits. Would recommend RJ Nelson to friends and family. We are even going to sign up to have our system checked regularly as we liked the service we received today from there technician.
