Very friendly and helpful from beginning to end starting with the receptionist. The tech Gavin took the time to troubleshoot and found the issue with my dad's AC then fixed it the same day. The cost was fair as well.

Super nice people to work with from Boss to office personnel to installers. On time, always kept in touch, and installers had to deal with a rainy day. Day 1 we are very happy with the performance of the heat pump

Even though the staff was stretched thin due to dealing with a major emergency in another area of the state, they were able to get somebody out to our house the next day to fix our air conditioner. The tech that showed up went straight to work right away and resolved the issue without the need for a second trip. He also communicated all options to us and gave us straight answers to any questions we had. Great service and response time, especially considering the circumstances. Thank you!

Technician showed up on time and was super professional. Technician throughly checked out the entire Central Air system and talked through the results. A part needed replaced and the tech explained why. Highly recommend!

My central AC stopped working efficiently a few days ago. I hoped it might get itself in order, but I decided Monday to contact Aire Serv who installed it to see if they could come and check it out. They came today bright and early and figured out what was wrong. The condenser had stopped doing its job and they had to get a new one and install it. The technician was polite and professional and brought a new one and installed it. It works like a charm once again and I am very grateful for their efficient and timely service.

Steven was very knowledgeable and personable when repairing my furnace today. I had plenty of questions for him as he did his troubleshooting. He was very professional! I will definitely be recommending Aire-Serve to those needing a HVAC technician.

Top Notch Service!! Steven Showed up In Spencer Iowa at 6pm and fixed our Ac. People were backed up for weeks. Many were not taking new Customers. The price was right too. He got done about 645 and still had to drive 3 hours home. I was highly impressed!

I was at work when they installed the new furnace but my wife and sons were home. They said the guys were very nice and funny and you could tell they enjoyed their job. The install was very quick and the guys did an outstanding job. I also like the fact that they engaged in conversation with my son who is a senior in high school and talked with him about the trade which he is wanting to get into heating and air conditioning! Great job guys, and outstanding work. Also Hayden and Travis made the whole process simple and stress free from the financing to scheduling! Definitely recommend these guys. Thanks again

They have service plans options and explain what you need to do to keep things working. There is more to it than changing a filter! The service techs are very prompt and personable.
