These guys were awesome! I'd had my ducts cleaned by a different company once before and looking at them again a couple years later, they looked like they needed it again. Found these guys and hired them. These guys know what they're doing. They did the air duct cleaning, asked if I wanted sanitizing and explained what it does but weren't pushy like some people would be. I took them up on it.

Called these guys to clean my air ducts when I purchased my new house. The house smelled like the previous owner's dog, so I was hoping they could help. They showed up and gave me a quote and explained what they were going to do. They were professional, polite, and did a great job! Thank you A+!

Called these guys when we bought our new house since it had been sitting for awhile and smelled like previous owner's dog. These guys were great! Very responsive, worked with our schedule, cleaned up after the work, and even offered some information on other things about our house that they noticed while doing the work! Great to work with and would definitely recommend.

Tyler was AMAZING! I had a different company come out to clear my dryer vent that had a 95% occlusion and they were less than helpful and didn’t get the job done correctly. Tyler came in to save the day! He diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed everything up! He took the time to explain what was going on, showing me the vent and what was wrong with it and more importantly how to fix it. He was thorough, easy to work with and incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I would 1000% recommend A+ !

Justin & Gavin came up and diagnosed our 13 year old air conditioner & furnace. We’d been losing Freon from either the A coil in the furnace or the A/C condenser outside. They could find no evidence visually in the two units or the line set. Justin was pretty sure it was in the A coil since it was copper. They tend to leak more vs the new style aluminum coils. Replacing the A coil along with Freon and labor, we were looking at anywhere from 4 to 5K. The A coils for older units are hard to get because of supply chain issues and the fact that companies are producing “newer model replacement parts vs old”. Everything we read was that most systems last 15 years on average. For us it sounded like it was on borrowed time. At our age it’s the last one we’ll ever install. Kelly & Luke were here at 8AM on the day of the install. They were very focused and had everything up & running by 5PM. All of the old units and trash were taken away. We are very happy and look forward to years of trouble free service. Travis, the owner is super to deal with and even stopped by to check things out and thank us for our business. That’s customer service! P.S. they also installed a humidifier!

The 2 gentlemen showed up ahead of schedule. They did a wonderful job cleaning the air ducts and the dryer vent. The price that I had been quoted was the same price that they told me. They cleaned up after they were done and I will highly recommend this company for all of my heating and AC needs. Jane the office manager is very informative and she keeps you informed all along the way before they arrive.

I have been using AireServ for several years now and continue to be satisfied with their service and professionalism. They always show when scheduled and are on time. Communication is great from office staff to techs, and quality continues to be great. I have used them for minor repairs as well as a full furnace replacement. I value the honesty and transparency of the salesman as well as their techs. I wish I could find a reliable and trustworthy company like AireServ for all types of my home maintenance and repairs!

BUYER BEWARE - Crook alert! Aire Serv of Council Bluffs sent a technician to my house due to a concern I had about my furnace. After the technician gave an analysis, they concluded that the furnace needed a "rare" replacement part that would cost around $900, among other misinformation. The same OEM part costs around $150, is not rare, and can be installed in around 30 minutes, meaning they are charging $1500/hour for labor. Save yourself the trouble and choose an honest HVAC expert—not these guys.

Justin installed a humidifier on our furnace in a very tight area. He did an outstanding job. We are very blessed and thankful to have Justin as our technician in keeping our air conditioner and furnace working properly. We highly recommend Justin and Air Serv!
