He came out and gave a very fair bid. We agreed to have him do the work and put $500 down to get started. No work was ever done and no response from phone messages, texts and a letter sent requesting a refund.

He came and fixed my heater on a Sunday afternoon, he was kind and generous and I loved working with him. He showed me what was wrong and even how to check it myself. Such a great experience.

Very easy to work with, knowledgeable, professional and polite.

Wouldn't trust our rental properties to anyone else in the area!

When visiting my sister in Blair, I told her how my house smelled musty, she brought up this company that cleaned her air ducts and how it made her house smell better. I wasn't sure if they did air duct cleaning in Des Moines but decided to reach out.

When I contacted them, I saw that they also sanitized air ducts and cleaned dryer vents. I figured since I had them coming out anyway, I'd also have them sanitize my air ducts (my allergies have been out of control, between the smoke a little while ago and just a bad allergy season so hopefully that'll help!), and had them take a look at my dryer vent, as well. The amount of lint he pulled out of the system was a little scary!!!

I'm not sure how long it'd been since that had been done, but I'm glad I had them do all of that. The house smells great and the dryer works even better now.
