Wanted to install heat in my shop. Reached out for 3 estimates. Two of those contacted obviously had too much work to get back to me, one after their representative assured me they would return my call that day. Never happened! Sorry, I'm not going to chase you down to give you my business!! Aire Serve showed up when they said they would, gave me a decent price and showed back up on time to complete the job! Also very friendly and knowledgeable! I'll send them business every chance I get and would certainly call them again!

This went fairly well. Technician was on time, admin notified me exactly when they'd come by.

Technician was knowledgeable, and gave his honest opinion on things. Found the issue, and fixed it quickly.

The price was rough, but ultimately we came in under the initial estimate. I also got an invoice before they left, so no hunting down business hours for that.

I was generally pleased, and will probably call them again when it's time to replace my A/C unit.

Arrived on time, furnace was diagnosed and repaired very quickly. After hours charge was applied but seemed reasonable for same-day furnace service at the opening of chilly season.

I really wanted to like these guys because they have great pricing but unfortunately they ended up being sloppy with their work. Had a gas leak and another leak because they didn’t properly put things together. Sadly wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Another year of annual furnace maintenance. Nate was great. He was respectful of our home, efficient and made sure I was educated as to what was being recommended

The guys have been great! Very professional and nice. They explained every step of the process and have been very transparent.

Told me I needed a new ac system, just needed a motherboard. They never figured the issue out, and when I went with a company that could figure it out, they billed me anyway for a service call where they never could figure the problem out.

The repairman did a great job. He found the problem fast installed a new part, that he had on board the Service Truck. And our furnace was up and running. Thank you!

We are very pleased with the job and the service! Travis came to the house right after we called following the Spencer flood. We needed a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater. He sat down with us, told us what they could do, and gave us several options. After we made the decision, they were here the next week to install everything! They were efficient, courteous, friendly, starting the job by 8:15 and finishing by 3:00. We would definitely recommend Aireserv!

This company repaired my air conditioner during the hottest week of the year. This review is late, but their customer service was excellent in all regards. They were prompt and on time to get our air conditioning fixed. I would highly recommend them for any heating and cooling needs

I've been using AireServe of Council Bluffs for about 15 years now. They installed a complete HVAC system with a heat pump in the beginning and they have maintained it twice a years since the system was installed. Always good work in a short amount of time. A great bunch of service techs. Nate came out and re-started the furace so we had some heat. I had to call back becuase we have a zone systme and heat was not going upstairs. Nate was very honest about his limited experiance with zone systems. He was very consistant in finding information though. The other service tech was wonderful. Both were proffesional and very knowledgable.

They did the tear out and install of my furnace and AC unit in one day and were very efficient. Did a spectacular job. I would recommend them to anyone.

The service rep, Colton, was very professional, thorough, knowledgable, and courteous. Couldn’t have asked for a better rep, he’s a keeper RJ Nelson! He even set our a/c back to the temp it was at when he got here.

Updated/Warning for others. RJ Nelson did a great job on the install, aside from some untreated wood being glued down outside. However we are confident one of their employees stole cash from our home. We have no proof, as nothing was on video. Where the install took place is in our basement, which is also a master bedroom. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner on September 5th and September 6th. September 5th they were mostly unsupervised in the basement. September 5th they were in the basement unsupervised but on September 6th we were present. I keep cash in a leather pouch and I don’t look at it very often and it sits on my nightstand. Our son pays for his cell phone so when he gives me cash, I put it in. The last time I put cash in was at the end of August of this year 2024, there was over $1200 in cash in that pouch. I don’t know how much over so I’m keeping the total loss at $1200. I’ve been putting cash in that pouch for the last couple of years and there’s never been an issue furthermore because this is our master bedroom no one comes down here outside of the family. On October 20th when I went to place some cash in the pouch again I noticed that there was no cash in the pouch at all. It was about an hour later we realized that the only people that were down here were from RJ Nelson and I am confident one of their employees stole it. Unfortunately, I don’t have a video recording and it’s cash so I’m not sure there’s much that can be done. I will note that I am more than willing to take a lie detector/polygraph test to show that I’m not making this up second my wife and I are in no type of financial distress at all leaving no reason why we would make up a claim. Lastly, I have asked that the owner of RJ Nelson ask their employees to voluntarily take a polygraph, but I’m not sure that will happen as there were three employees here and a polygraph test is approximately $450 each. If the employees voluntarily agree to take the test I agreed to pay this cost up front… but I’ve been told by RJ Nelson that they do not agree to pay me back for the costs if the polygraph shows that one of their employees did take the money… so unless the company is willing to pay for the tests if their associate(s) did take the money, and the employees agree to to take the test we are completely out of luck. Leaving this review as a warning. Overall I think the company did a good job for a fair price, but I am upset knowing theft happened. This also put us in an extremely awkward position when it comes to the warranty, and if something were to happen. We are frustrated. A police report has been filed, but there probably isn’t much they can do without proof.

Colton was pleasant and very professional. We will do business with RJ for any of our future needs.

Called to just receive a regular checkup/maintenance on our AC/Furnace. Receptionist, Stacy, was very fast, efficient, and courteous in scheduling our service. She gave us a 1 hour timeframe in which the technician would arrive. Alvin, the technician, arrived easily within that time frame. Alvin provided professional service. He communicated any issues of concern and provided his input for us to continuing having an efficient system. We have arranged to have annual spring/winter maintenance with them.
