Carlos (RJ Nelson service technician) was punctual, curious and knowledgeable. He explained the purpose of his visit and asked if there were any issues that needed his attention. When Carlos needed to turn off the power to the furnace to perform some of his safety and maintenance checks he advised he would need to temporarily take the HVAC out of service. Carlos returned the HVAC to service after just a few minutes. When Carlos finished his tasks he told us his work is complete. Once again he asked if there were any issues that need his attention. He made sure our equipment was running, and thanked us for our business before he departed. We are happy with Carlos’ work and professionalism. Thank you.

Colton was here today to look into an issue we called about this morning. He found the problem, had the replacement part in the van, showed me both the old and new part and fixed the issue. Had the pleasure to have my duct work cleaned and sanitized by RJ Nelson Co. Although this is a new service they offer, work performed was thorough and detailed. Easy process from start to finish. Definitely would recommend their services for any hvac needs. My duct work hasn’t been cleaner!
