I have used AirCare Services multiple times with my rental properties. Very easy to schedule with Jessica. Chris and Dustin are experts at diagnosing the problems. They are honest on what is required and the prices are very reasonable!

These guys know what doing and will get it done fast, and at a better price than the big companies charge.
Steve and Chris have a valuable crew that have the drive to get the job done right the first time with the upmost quality of workmanship. They are very professional and would recommend them to anyone needing heating or air conditioning maintenance or purchasing.

I had Air Care Heating nad Air install my furnace and air conditioner this past year. They were able to get it installed fast and at an affordable price. Getting home at 8:30 p.m on a Thursday night from work, I walked into a very cold house. After a quick look at my furnace, I realized the blower wasn't working. Knowing that we were in for colder weather over the weekend, I called Air Care at 10:00 p.m. and woke up this very nice lady who took down my information and said she would get Dustin right out there in the morning. I had to go to work the next morning, but Dustin was there early and called me to confirm what I suspected was the issue. He said he would get right on it and, after returning home at 3 p.m., I walked into a nice warm house. This is the second time I have called Air Care for issues with my HVAC home system and each time they were prompt, courteous and thorough. I will continue to use Air Care for my home needs and appreciate Dustin's professionalism and great customer service.

Dustin was awesome. We had what we thought was a totally broken furnace on one of the coldest days of the year (-2!) Air Care was able to get out to us the next day. Dustin thoroughly looked over everything and was able to diagnose the problem in about 10 minutes. We have a very elite, but VERY old furnace (30 years) so parts are nearly impossible to find. Dustin went above and beyond to not only explain what was wrong, the part needed, but also find it and give it to us at a fair price - no need to replace the entire furnace! He was polite (taking shoes off!) and had it fixed within a couple hours. Great service!

I would give Steve with Air Care a total thumbs up. He was very courteous and professional while servicing my furnace. He noticed a problem and brought it to my attention. He then took the time to sit down to go over some options for me to consider.

Chris Hughes was very helpful once again. Chris helped my family back on Christmas Eve of 2017. He was extremely informative with the issue we had and took care of it quickly. We recently experienced the same issue with our heating sensor and he was able to have a part on hand and replace it with no trouble at all. Both times Chris assisted us he was extremely professional, helpful and polite. Thanks for the help again, Chris!

I've posted on here before regarding the wonderful service we've received from Air Care Heating and Air. Well, last week our 15 year old AC finally decided to call it quits. We gave Air Care Heating and Air a call, and within 24 hours, Dustin and Carlos were out installing a brand new HVAC system.

As always, the service we received was second to none, and we will be customers for life. A special shout out to Dustin and Carlos, great job guys! Everything is working perfectly.

Dustin Lower, helped me with my furnace. He was professional, kind and made sure to clean up after his work was complete. Customer service was awesome and he answered all my questions regarding my system with knowledge. I will recommend them to anyone that has any issues with their heating and air.

I woke up one morning and my house was 50 degrees - the heater wasn't turning on. I immediately called Air Care - I'd heard great things about them. Air Care showed up a couple hours later, and managed to fix what was (luckily!) a comparatively simple issue, and the price was absolutely reasonable - nothing like what I feared. Dustin was super friendly, he even took a few moments to play with our dog! I highly recommend them!

The first time I used Air Care was when my AC went out this summer. Chris Furlow came out on a Saturday and had my AC up and running within an hour; and the fee was much less than the big companies wanted to charge. So when I needed my new water heater installed, I didn't hesitate to call Air Care again. Chris and Carlos came out and did a fantastic job, and had me back up and running in a couple of hours. I would highly recommend Air Care to anyone needing heating or cooling work done.

Issue was the furnace not working on Saturday of the holiday weekend. I received same day service by a very personable, professional technician by the name of Dustin. He accommodated my many questions with knowledgeable responses and patience. I was satisfied with the total bill at the end, it was completely reasonable, no premium for weekend etc. I recommend Air Care 100%

I needed an estimate ASAP for my flooded cabin before the drywaller got too far along. Chris made the long drive (probably almost an hour for him) with detours and on a Saturday morning and was still a happy guy when he arrived. He was very nice, very honest and helpful. He took his time and answered all of my questions thoroughly and sent me his bids in a timely manner. I look forward to working with Chris!

I had been working with another company when I found out I needed to replace my AC. I decided to replace my furnace as well because I knew it's demise was not far behind. After I received a quote from the other company, my friend suggested I call Air Care for a quote. I am so happy I called Air Care. Chris was quick to respond and honest. The initial quote he gave me was much more reasonable than the quote I'd received from the other company. We scheduled a time for him to come out to my house to measure for the install. After he measured he informed me that it would actually cost a little less than the original quote he had given me. He could have stuck with the original quote, but he was honest and lowered the quote. I cannot express how grateful I am that my friend told me about Air Care. Not only were Chris and the guys who did the install awesome, but it cost me $1000 less than it would have if I'd gone with the other company. I've already been recommending Air Care to my friends, and will continue to do so, as they are a company who is out to provide the best services to their customers.

Very happy with our service! Chris came out last minute on a Friday when our A/C unit died and went out of his way to get our needs taken care of on Saturday. Wasn't a pushy salesman, just an honest hardworking man that cares about the customer. Great prices too, call Air Care first!

I’ve been with Air Care many years, this Co does the best work and there employees are the best. I’ve had Caesar doing the service on my Air Conditioning and Furnaces now for a couple years. He doses the best work ever, he goes overboard to make sure everything is cleaned to perfection. I always want him on my AC and Furnaces. Thank you Air Care and Caesar for a great job.
