River City arrived 15 minutes early and provided excellent and professional work! The Service man was very detailed, and I had a crystal clear picture, with estimates as to what I need to repair going forward.

Very courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain and answer questions. Would recommend and will continue to use. Josh was our technician and the service was above and beyond. In a time when a lot of businesses do “just enough”; it was nice to be truly impressed with the service.

James came out and looked at the fireplace in our new house. He was prompt, super knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. He was organized and left zero mess when he was done. I was very impressed as customer service post covid is iffy - but this whole experience was top notch

James and Ronnie were very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. James educated me as to the proper use and care of my wood burning and gas fireplaces. They did a wonderful job diagnosing and fixing or educating me on the issues I was having. Ronnie did an excellent job cleaning and painting my fireplaces where needed. It was a pleasure to have them service my fireplaces.

These guys are great! We had them come and service our wood burning fireplace after buying our new house just to make sure everything was safe for our family. The tech did an excellent job and even cleaned our fireplace doors before he left. They were even able to find some parts to update our older unit. I would definitely recommend these guys to anybody looking for a fireplace company.

Very impressed with the knowledge of the serviceman that came and explained everything he saw as he took the fireplace apart and also took pictures as he worked. Also very neat and clean ...layed out protection down so my carpet wouldn't get dirty. After the work was done he explained all of the work he did on my report. Also emailed me the report.

Alan was great and got our fireplace up and running. He also took the time to teach us everything about our fireplace and explain how everything works.

We just purchased our home and wanted to make sure the fireplaces worked before using them. Josh the tech was on time, very friendly and very professional. He cleaned the chimney and fixed the gas lighter on our wood burning fireplace and set up our gas fireplace. He instructed us on how to use the gas fireplace in the most efficient way. I recently scheduled an appointment with River City Chimney & Hearth to inspect and clean the chimney for my wood burning stove. I had never had it inspected before and wanted to make sure it was safe to use.

Two young men, Tanner and Alex, arrived on time and began by removing the tired-looking stove pipes connecting the stove to the chimney. They cleaned the inside of them and Alex spray painted them and made them look like new.

Tanner proceeded to clean the chimney, which was surprisingly clean with very little creosote or other debris to clean out. They re-installed the stove pipes connecting the stove to the chimney.

They measured my stove installation and verified it was safe to use.

They took pictures of everything and wrote up a report with a long checklist of items they had inspected. The report (with the pictures) was sent to me for my records.

I am very satisfied with River City Chimney & Hearth. Tanner and Alex were very professional, thorough, and friendly. I highly recommend River City Chimney & Hearth to anyone needing their chimney inspected or cleaned.
