Froze all night with the furnace out, called Phil's the next morning. He gave me some things to try that would save me a service call and it worked! Definitely not something you would see most service/repair places do they are always looking to get money. These guys will always be my first call for service and repair!

Our furnace went out on New Year’s Day. After tinkering with with my fiancé was able to diagnose the problem. The ignitor completely broke in half. After calling countless companies which either didn’t have a part or wouldn’t sell it to us without their employees installing Phil came to the rescue! He found my post on the Nextdoor app looking for help. He checked to see if he had the part and we had it within the hour and heat back the following 30 minutes. Only regret is not finding him sooner! It was a cold 24 hours but works wonders now! He even went above and asked after we left if we got it fixed and recommended cleaning another part so the ignitor isn’t over working!

My air conditioning went out Saturday morning and we had a party starting at 3:00. Phil called me back at 9 and said he would do his best to get to my house before the party. He was able to get here by 11:00 and had the air up and running in less than an hour. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him! Thank You Phil!

This company is amazing!!! He does great work and seems to really care about what he is doing. His prices are very fair and the products he sales seem to last. He replaced my furnace a few years ago and has never had a issue since. He will tell you issues but let's you decide what you want done. Highly recommend him

Very friendly and helpful. Had my furnace go out in the middle of the night. After tearing it apart and finding the broken piece started doing some looking for a replacement. Well with it being a Sunday and something a hardware store didn't have was having no luck. Put out a post on the next door app and Phil commented and was very helpful. We were able to look up the model and part number and luck would have it that he had one on him already. I went and picked it up and he gave me some advice on how to install the new part as well as information on a sensor that I should clean while I had it all torn apart. Got it all installed and the furnace is not running great. He was even caring enough to message me a few hours later just to check in and make sure I got it all installed okay. Would recommend to anyone needing some hvac help and will definitely be using again!

Called Phil about a quirky furnace before the temps drop. Phil was very professional and took the time to explain the issues with the furnace. Since it was a simple fix, he showed me how I could take care of it next time. There was no high price call out charge, just the basic furnace clean. I chose Phil's based on the excellent reviews on Google. I was absolutely not disappointed! I called at 3:15. He was at my house by 3:45 to fix my air. He was very quick (less than 30 minutes to diagnose and repair) and affordable! I will definitely use him again and highly recommend!!

Phil is Great! A few years back Memorial day weekend A/C went out. Other places wanted $400 just to come out on the Holiday weekend. He came out, fixed the old unit, and I got another 3 years out of it for way less than just having the other guys show up. He earned my business when it was time to replace. He treated me fair, was fast and clean. Definitely recommend him.

Friendly service, great prices and quality work by Phil. He squeezed me into his schedule so I could avoid going AC-less on a hot weekend. New AC unit, coil and thermostat all done before lunch time. Will be recommending this to anyone in need.

Excellent service, excellent product. Phil selected a new air conditioning and heating system for us with high performance filtration and carefully installed it. His work was timely, meticulous, and resulted in a system that was very quiet, comfortable, and efficient. It is much quieter than the old unit and so evenly balanced in heating and cooling the whole house, we can barely tell it is running sometimes. We could have hardly asked for more. We wholeheartedly recommend Phil for his reliability, skills, expert judgement, and very reasonable pricing.

Our air conditioner stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. Phil returned my call on the same day, and then showed up to our place the same day as well. We were totally grateful for the help during the super hot temps! Very reasonable pricing and he was super fast with the repair. I would definitely use this company again if I have HVAC needs at my home.

We had Phil install 2 complete new replacement systems in our home. One of the new furnaces had issues from the manufacturer that were not able to be resolved. Phil work tirelessly to get our furnace replaced under warranty. We appreciate the persistence in getting our issue resolved and standing behind his work.

Last winter my heat went out on a house I just bought. It dropped to 50 degrees and at the time I had a 3 month old daughter. Phil came out and fixed my heater first thing after I called and since then he has came out several times servicing my furnace and AC unit always in a timely manner. Today he installed all new, and I'm thankful for him. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I always felt like he was honest, and kind. I would recommend him to anyone!

Phil's Comfort Zone is fantastic!
I called and got an estimate back in February and had the service done the first week of May. I had a complete HVAC replacement which only took him one day. He was here at 8:30 and he was done by 4:00. The prices were very reasonable and competitive. And with a 10-year warranty on parts and a 5-year warranty on labor I don't have anything to worry about for a long time.

I would very strongly advise using Phil’s Comfort Zone. My AC unit started having issues on a Saturday and I attempted to try some remedies. Unfortunately, they did not work and it was approximately 10 PM and I started calling around to emergency services because my daughter was starting to get very warm in our home. I was either given recorded lines or unavailability until Monday. I came across Phil’s Comfort Zone. Phil took my late night call and agreed to come out to my home. Phil was very professional, personable, and went above and beyond. He cleaned my AC unit, replaced some previous wiring issues that were not necessary done correctly, and replaced a part very quickly. I noticed instantly the home was starting to cool and back to working properly. I’ll only use Phil’s Comfort Zone, and highly recommend anyone else needing service to use him as well.

Our heater went out sometime last night. Phil helped my husband troubleshoot a few things and got it working. We are beyond grateful for his expertise. 10/10 recommend!
