We had significant soot damage and Cloud Contents came to take care of us. We have been so impressed. Freddy and Francisco were the 2 experts that showed up at our home and worked hard for 2 days to clean everything. Their attention to detail was outstanding! We felt very comfortable leaving our home in their hands. I highly recommend Cloud Contents and especially Freddy and Francisco!

Going to stick with the facts.

They broke all three of our beds. Washed items that should have been tossed (Plastic food containers) Removed the paint from my shelves, décor, a buffet and a work desk. They all had a whitewash color and this was removed. They removed features from our house that they shouldn’t. Vanity mirrors in one bathroom but not the others. They attempted to remove our shower curtain rod but couldn’t remove one side, left it dangling. Removed all metal curtain rods – Why, these were metal and could have been cleaned. Left giant holes in walls. Charged us to clean electronics, they wiped the outside and didn’t actually clean the electronics.

The most egregious issue- When we asked for our items, they refused to release them due to an amount that was still due. This amount was actually the first charge from an emergency clean so we had clothes to wear. This should have been the FIRST charge on our account and handled with the insurance company as they were paying. It was not my fault they didn’t include it in all the other charges the insurance company paid. Thankfully the insurance company was amazing and got me a check for them quickly. I had to meet someone across town and give them the check. Telling them it was in the mail and confirmation from the insurance company that a check had been cut to them was not enough. It has been over a year and I’m still finding issues caused by them.

EDIT - I cannot reply to their response so I'll add it here. Industry standards for plastic after a fire - Plastic is porous and absorbs the toxic chemicals from the smoke. Should not be reused.

Breaking our funiture, leaving without telling us it was broken? They lost the screws - ok that happens. Went to buy new screws. Advised them they were ikea products and they needed metric nuts and bolts. They purchased something and the bolts broke thru the wood on the outside.

Billing- I understand not allowing the release of items until paid but this was your mistake. It was the very first charge, payments were made by the insurance company throughout this process and it wasn't until we asked for delivery did someone notice this was not collected during all those invoices that were sent out. It was YOUR MISTAKE! I should have had to run around getting small check for you so I could get my family back into our home.

I will not be reaching out to you. There is nothing you can do to correct this for me. Getting my stuff back and reimbursement for the broken items, took too much of my time and it was only a threat of the Attorney General and my constant nagging that got me a reimbursement check for the broken items.

Alex and his team were great! They helped us with smoke and soot cleanup following a house fire. They took great care of all belongings and were very professional from start to finish. Couldn’t ask for more, would recommend!!

Excellent and professional service. Evel and Dayana did an amazing job picking up, organizing, and cleaning my home. They were punctual, very professional, and paid great attention to detail. My house had a fire in the basement, and the smoke damage was everywhere — black soot covered my belongings from the basement all the way up to the top floor. I honestly didn’t think some of my items could be saved.

When I got everything back from Cloud Contents, it was like receiving brand-new items. The work they did was unbelievable. They cleaned and restored everything with incredible detail and care. I’m truly impressed and grateful for the quality of their service.

This was a great company to use for our cleaning and repair needs. The customer service was unmatched. They had speedy response times, bringing us industrial air filters hours after the fire was put out to begin filtering out some of the smell and other contaminants from the air. The cleaning crew arrived within a few days of the fire and immediately began cleaning our personal belongings. I had the privilege of meeting Alejandra and Dayana, who worked effectively and passionately, ensuring that all my concerns were addressed and that my questions were answered. Within just 2 days, our home looked and smelled much better thanks to their help and hard work. They even made sure to clean up any snow brought in from moving and to limit any snow tracking through the house, which was greatly appreciated. They neatly organized all of our belongings into boxes, labeling which items were in each box and which room they came from, which will help us as we get things back to normal. They had positive attitudes and even gave my dogs a little attention. I am extremely satisfied with their services and will remember this company in the future. Thank you, Alejandra and Dayana!

Water pipe broken and lower level water damage

Water mitigation work was great and why we decided to go with them for reconstruction . Big mistake- the reconstruction experience was an epic disaster.

Nick and his co-worker were on time, professional. and we’re able to clean in a quick manner. I appreciate them getting to me so quickly.

SERVPRO helped with a water damage job at my apartment complex. I had water pouring out of the ceiling from the apartment above me. SERVPRO came in and quickly set equipment and everything was dry in a couple of days.

I was moving out of my apartment and I hired the crew to clean some carpets. They arrived and had the job completed before I came home. I also appreciated the Follow-up call from the Marketing Representative!

We had a sewage backup in our basement. The company kept me informed of their progress and the date/time the crew would arrive each day. The problem was remediated with a minimum of disruption to our daily routine. I hope to never have this issue again, but would highly recommend ServPro to anyone who needs this type of service.

Landlord had a guy from here come out to check for mold. He found mold in the corner where we told him it was. Pointed him to a closet where the furnace is with holes in the walls etc pretty disgusting. I heard his mold meter go off while he was doing it but yet he said there was no mold in there. The inspector was outside my house with the landlord for a hour an a half talking probably about helping him get around this. Fast forward the landlord had another company come today and I had them check the same closet and they spotted the mold on the wall. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Works with slum lords to protect them
