Mike was great. I previously used a good competitor but needed a liner replaced. Pacifico Pools was a much lower bid and although at first I was skeptical I was reassured and felt comfortable with the choice. We love our home and our pool and have had both good and bad experiences with companies we paid to do work. This was by far one of our best experiences. Our and pool and liner are probably about 1000 years old and had never been replaced so of course there are unexpected things that came up. Not only did they fix them perfectly but did not charge us extra. Mike even tolerated the micromanaging supervision he received from our poodle who loves the pool. As long as Pacifico Pools has Mike we are a customer for life.

A storm ripped off some of our siding and we contacted Heartland for a repair. Justin C. was great! Scheduling was easy, communication was great, and he did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond!

I hired Heartland to replace the roof, siding and gutters after the derecho. Fast forward to last week, I found my bathroom ceiling was leaking so I called the office and a helpful gal answered and said she would get me in contact with someone. Not even a couple hours later Justin called and he came out along with Nash the same day to find the leak. Today Justin and JC got the repairs made and were quick, efficient and cleaned up after. Thanks guy's for your professionalism!!

Heartland replaced my roof in 2020 and did a great job. After some bad weather I had a leak. They responded quickly and fixed it without any hassle. Justin came out and did a great job. He was friendly, great communication and got to work on repairing my roof quickly. I recommend Heartland to anyone who is looking for good value with a new roof!

We had a small project to correct a ventilation issue in our roof. John helped walk us through what we needed to do. The process from start to fix was easy and affordable. The two guys that did the work were quick and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend this company.

The lead supervisors on the project John and Ben were both great to work with and kept us well-informed every step of the way. Dorian was just here today to apply caulk around all the pipes and again clearly explained what he was doing and showed us pictures of his work after completion. Excellent work by all!

Heartland Roofing FOR THE WIN! Let me tell you all the reasons this company deserves your business.

1. They were the only company who responded to my inquiry for an inspection. Within 24 hours, they had called and set up time to come inspect my roof. Other companies never followed up.

2. Chase, the rep who initially reached out, was friendly and knowledgeable and super great at communicating. He even made an extra unplanned stop to clean my neighbor’s gutters (she’s a sweet elderly lady).

3. Chase followed up his inspection by meeting with the insurance inspector and walking him through the repairs needed. It resulted in an approved claim for a full roof replacement.

4. Chase set expectations for the repairs and handed things off to the production team.

5. The production team was also great. They were quick and clean. Pictures of the work and finished product are attached.

6. Heartland sent a final inspector out a few days after the work. He was super friendly, checked the entire project over, and even installed a small piece of flashing to direct water into a gutter corner.

7. Heartland followed up one more time with a phone call to get feedback and answer any final questions.

They responded quickly. They communicated well. And my new roof speaks for itself! I’ve only had this work done once in the Des Moines metro, but would highly recommend this team!

When we contacted Heartland, the people that worked on the house came almost immediately. We appreciated this so much because we had leaking windows. They did great work and we would certainly use Heartland again in the future.

A hailstorm went through our subdivision last April, and my neighbor recommended Heartland to us. We started on a lengthy process, working with Chase to replace siding, roofing, and windows. All the crews and site managers were professional and courteous, and they took the time to make sure we were kept in the loop at all times. With a project this size, you expect a few hiccups, but they were all minor, and quickly corrected by either the crew on-site, or on a follow-up visit. Now, we have a brand-new house from the outside, and we even added a window I had always wanted in the utility room.
I would recommend Heartland to anyone needing roofing, siding, or window replacements. They do good work, and they take pride in providing customer satisfaction.

Heartland replaced our roof a few years ago, so we trusted them and called when our chimney’s siding was bad. José came out and honored the quote we had received from another employee of Heartland. He worked quickly and restored our deck to a livable space. What a polite and friendly crew! Our house looks better than it did when we bought it over twenty years ago. I couldn’t be happier. After a problem with new roof leaking Justin came and looked at it then had a painter from a different company come out and paint the area where it leaked in our dining room. It looks great now. And did not cost us at all. Appreciated the ease with which it was all taken care of and the friendliness of the painter and Justin. Both were great to deal with.

Ben Coy was the representative that came to our property to do an inspection on our roof. We needed an inspection for a real estate sale. He was very thorough, taking pictures of multiple areas of the roof and putting together a detailed description of what was in the picture. While onsite he was extremely professional and answered all questions I had.

The team did great work in timely fashion. It was nice to deal with supervisors Matt and Dave . Elder and his crew did good work on my roof. They cleaned up the area after they were done. Would recommend this crew👍
