Absolutely the best company I've ever worked with! Everyone is so competent and nice. After the tornado hit Greenfield they really saved the day for me and my family.

After getting a roof, windows and siding my family and I couldn't be happier. Everyone on the team is great! From the tradespeople to management. They addressed our concerns quickly and worked with insurance very well. There are always going to be roadblocks and mess ups but Heartland will fix it. If I need work in the future I know who I will be calling.

I worked with Todd and Kyle both were great! Looked at a few roofing companies and landed on Heartland. They were prompt, informative and professional. Did an amazing job and are experienced working with insurance claims. Needed the work done quick and from the initial contact until project complete was only 2 weeks. Really pleased with Heartland and would recommend to anyone looking to replace their roof!

We highly recommend Heartland. Be it our garage roof, sidding or home's 2 level of gutters, every contractor showed great respect for our property. They all took pride in producing quality work. Outstanding! Not a fly by night company. They listened and made sure we were happy and all went above and beyond to produce quality craftsmanship. The billing office answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable with the process. Huge weight of our shoulders as they dealt with the insurance company and paperwork. I'd give them 10 stars if possible! No regrets! Very trustworthy and honest!!

Updating my review from 2 stars to a 5 star review. Adam came out and looked at our home. He took time to talk with me, hear my concerns face to face and apologized for our experience. He also set up a game plan to get some of the things fixed (some of it we had just done ourselves.) They sent a crew out to fix items on the windows that led to our first review. I did appreciate how he reached out to make things right and followed up after the work had been done.

Update as of 07/23/25- I was reached out to by Adam and we have set up an appointment to meet and look over the project. Will update after that.

I was debating on posting our experience as I know reviews can sometimes hurt or help a company. But if you are like us needing (or are considering) new windows and you are trying to do some research I hope this helps. Our experience was not as great as I had hoped. We signed the contract on May 31st 2024. I was promised it would be done by August 10th 2024. Our project majority was finished October 2024. And officially completed April of 2025..we had 9 windows installed, gutters and downspouts replaced and our exterior window and door trim done. Every window has damage on the inside or the outside from install. The exterior window trim they first removed and then informed us that because we aren't doing siding it is going to rot out our supports and we'll have to replace everything in a couple of years. The trim was also "too complicated" so they had to use a special team which left the wood exposed for weeks in Iowa summer weather with rain until they could come back. Which compared to what we had before it doesn't look as great and has spots that could use correction. Our gutters were done quickly and for the most part are okay. We had nails and glass pieces under every window. They did not apply spray foam on the interior and some spots and not enough on other windows around the edges so there was a draft until we fixed it. We also had rain water come through one of the windows so we will have to repair that. They also left trailers here for weeks on end taking up space in my driveway. I will say they had good customer service when our project kept getting messed up, and some things were out of their control like ordering the panes when they broke. They also installed a support beam and fixed our drywall when they broke it putting the window in. Heartland contracted out their window install for us with Panes Windows out of Des Moines. I hope that maybe ours was a rare case but it still doesn't feel great to save up money to pay for new windows on your family home to feel like the job wasn't done with the care and quality you were sold on and expected.

We chose to work with Heartland for our vinyl siding project and had a great experience. Ben, our salesman was knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, and patient as we worked through all our decisions. Gio and the siding crew were prompt, meticulous, professional, hard-working and top notch. Matt, our project manager, was thoughtful and always available while keeping an eye on the progress. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with at Heartland handled our job like it was important and we felt like valued customers. Thank you!

Justin helped us out and we are so thankful for him! We are closing on our house and needed some repairs to our roof before closing. We set an appointment about a week out and when he had an opening earlier (less the 24 hours after I called) he was able to squeeze us in and get the repairs done (even though it is 0 degrees out today)! Pricing was also the best I received in the area and I recieved 5 different quotes. Super nice to work with as well and helpful/knowledgeable. Also their contract system and payment system is super easy and nice to use. Highly recommend and will use in the future if we need any additional roofing repairs or replacements done. I highly recommend this company. They kept me informed through the entire process. The crew installing my windows were very professional and did a great job. I would have them back again. I mainly worked with David Anderson and I highly recommend him. He made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. He would frequently come and check on things and was always available to answer any of my questions. I thought the price I was quoted was very fair. Heartland Roofing & Siding did an amazing job on our 1931 wood siding house. We had new siding, including shake on the upper 3rd of the house, new trim, soffits and attic windows. Everything looks completely updated and modern with a nod to the original craftsman look. The quality of the materials is beautiful and Dorian and his crew did a fantastic job of making sure everything was installed well. They were efficient, paid attention to the details, did great work and cleaned up everything at the end. Connor did such a great job of walking us through the whole process and letting us know all our options. Highly recommend Heartland for your siding, soffits, trim and windows!
