Professional and easy to work with when we needed our roof and siding replaced. They were very knowledgeable and assisted with finding and fixing issues left by a previous company we used.

Just had some projects completed this morning and I’m very pleased. We had some vinyl siding needing repairs in a couple of places, and I’d also been wanting to have our original wooden garage door frame wrapped in aluminum for a while now. Abraham and Justin were super-friendly, very easy to work with, and they did a fantastic job - the results look awesome.

Replaced my roof in 2019 with Heartland, had a couple of roof cap shingles blow off during these last wind storms.Justin came right out to replace and fix them. Did A great job and did not charge me for the service.

Heartland Roofing was great start to finish. I had got 3 quotes. They were in the middle. I had roof replaced on my house and shed. Gutters replaced on house. Siding installed on my shed. Everthing looked great. Cleanup was very good. Have found only 3 roofing nails so far. Communication with salesman onto crew leaders was very good. They did the work when they said they would. Very pleasant to work with. No hidden/surprise expenses. Would highly recommend them. About only complaint they was a little slow in getting back for a final walk around. But it is the go time of year and they are busy. They do not bill you until after final walk around which is good i think.

They were extremely professional, explained everything that was going to happen, how it was going to happen and when. No hidden fees, no over pricing, no B.S., the work was outstanding, the crew was polite, knew there individual jobs. I have no complaints whatsoever, I would highly and have recommended them for roofing and siding jobs.

Heartland Roofing is great to work with. We love the look of our new roof and even our neighbors asked who we used. Jake, our Project Advisor, kept in contact with us from the initial sale - all the way through until the job was finished. We had an issue three years after the installation and Justin, our Service Technician came out right away to make sure everything was right. Heartland Roofing’s customer service is second to none.

I had a super good experience. Heartland was very professional and detail oriented. They did it on time and all the damage the Greenfield Iowa tornado did, Heartland repaired and made it look better than it was.

The work crew did an excellent job. They were fast efficient and paid attention to detail. . . . And their cleanup of the old shingles was complete. A little story: I heard a saw being used and I was curious as to why a saw was needed, The worker did not know I was looking out a window that allowed me to see him working up on the roof. As I watched he carefully removed a piece of plywood that bridged two joists. It was approximately 16 x 12. The piece that was removed was on the edge of the roof and it had a 4x6 area that was discolored. I assume it was some prior water damage. I was surprised to see all that work going into a small piece of damage that could have been so easily covered up without anyone knowing. I don't know that I would have done it for myself. . . . So, long story short I couldn't be more pleased with their hard work and their very professional approach. Worth every penny. . . . . I was so impressed I gave the crew a $200 tip.

Our experience with Justin and Heartland was excellent. Justin was very attentive and did not pressure us on any aspect of the job. He offered to do the touch up painting after the repair was completed which we also really appreciated. This is the second time we have used Heartland and are very satisfied with the work they perform.

Awesome company- replaced our roof 4 years ago after a widespread storm! 10/10 but where the difference comes in is 4 years later. I called and asked for a quick favor with my gutters and Noah and Justin were dispatched there the next day- rare to have service that quick…. These guys went above and beyond, even asked for my hose to clean out the gutters while in process- that’s not their job. Ben our sales rep, Noah and Justin are the reason I’ll continue to use heartland for every project on my properties moving forward!

Heartland delivers quality products and provides excellent customer service! After the March hailstorm, our home required a new roof, new vinyl siding, and new gutters and downspouts. From beginning to end, we worked with Matt on the assessment and order, then Tanner as the siding and gutter crew chief. They were always professional, and responsive to questions and concerns, and they strive to keep the customer happy. Upon inspection of our completed project, there were a couple of things that needed correcting, and they took care of those in a timely manner. We have been quite satisfied with their work and recommended them to several homeowners in our neighborhood.

Very prompt, professional, and did a great job replacing all cap shingles and roof vents. Crew was very professional and cleaned up the area very nicely. Should I have any issues, I will definitely call them first.

Second time Justin from Heartland has helped with a small project. Sealed up the flanges on the roof vents and repaired a section of soffit. Came to look at it quickly. Back just a couple days later to have it buttoned up. Appreciated the work. Heartland is the first call for the next job.
