Why is Larry's window service speeding 50 in a 35 this morning.

Indianola Ave. Down through 2nd Ave and up. Passed every single person weaving in and out. Seems reckless and unprofessional especially at 5:50am. No GPS or speed Monitoring? I value my life. Get him off the road

Are you kidding me, outstanding job Gunner and Cole! We had Wizard last year and they never left the ground on a walkout. These boys were up there scrubbing and did an outstanding job. Highly appreciated their services!

This business is unprofessional, incompetent, and dishonest. No lower rating is available here, or I would have used it.

On September 15, they cleaned our windows and left an invoice on our front door. We had never ordered the service. A relative with the same last name had ordered a window cleaning for that day, but they never showed up there. Since we weren’t expecting them, we didn’t take the screens off the windows. They removed them, however, by prying them off and bending the frame on two of them. Rather than informing us, they just put the screens back and hoped we wouldn’t notice. Funny thing is, we had already decided we were not going to use them anymore after the last time they had been to our home, and had broken a big picture window in our dining room.

Initially, we spoke to a manager named Steve who picked up the screens and had them repaired. He stated the charges would be reversed since we had not ordered the work in the first place.

Long story short, every month since, we’ve gotten a bill. We’ve called every time we’ve received a bill, and been told by Tiesha and Kathy that it would be taken care of and charges would be reversed. Never received an invoice with a $0 balance despite requests. Never a return call from a manager or owner despite requests. Now February, received a notice we were being taken to collections. Again, we called and they said they would reverse charges, and then billed us. We ended up paying to avoid collections and more hassle.

You would be better off hiring a car full of clowns or the Three Stooges to clean your windows rather than dealing with these idiots.

I am on a condo board; we recently hired Larry’s to do the windows. The team was absolutely fantastic. They were thorough and professional. Our building is a bit tricky for several reasons, but the job was done well and the crew exceeded my expectations. Thanks to An, Duy, and the rest of the crew. We will call you again.

Was highly skeptical that this would make the house look different. Well… I was wrong. It looks so much better. They did a phenomenal job and the older windows have new life.

We got the complete cleaning where they took the window apart. Would recommend this one (even though it is slightly more)

First off, Larry's Window Service did a good job with cleaning the exterior and interior of the windows (although one was missed, even after I pointed it out), which was their primary responsibility. Second, the crew cleaning the windows were kind and courteous, no problems there. My rating is completely driven by the sloppy use of the squeegees on the interior. There were spots left on furniture and flooring, including carpets that need to be deep cleaned to remove spots left behind. Clean windows shouldn't have to come at the detriment of other home surfaces. I am one and done using this company for interior window washing.

Larry’s window washing was excellent and with great care for both interior and exterior windows and screens and doors. Friendly and professional crew. Efficient with both scheduling and providing a receipt at the time of service. Will definitely use them annually.

Waiting outside of Laughing Crab for my order and have one the Larry’s trucks pull right on top of vehicle and then hitting my car with his door being very hostile. Poor representation of this company. On the clock or off represent your company with class and dignity.

Larry’s Windows… is TOTALLY AMAZING.. I have used them for years when I was a restaurant manager and now I have them to do my Home windows… THEY HAVE NEVER DISAPPOINTED ME.. Staff is very Friendly and professional.. my home windows are so clean & Clear that sometimes I have to tap on the glass to make sure it’s still there 🤣😀😀

They did a nice job on the majority of the windows. I asked for special attention.on two windows at the time of the bid and at the time of the work. Disappointed with those 2 windows.

The team was prompt, professional, and extremely courteous throughout the entire process. They worked efficiently without cutting corners, and my windows have never looked better! When my parents lived in town 15 years ago, they were regular Larry's customers and were always pleased with them. What took us so long to hire them? Today we had all windows cleaned inside and out, screens and gutters cleaned. They arrived on time (a huge plus!), were polite and respectful, worked quickly and efficiently, and our windows look beautiful! Very reasonably priced and great work.

I’ve had Larry’s here many times over the years, and my windows have never looked better. But today I had a new experience when I called to make an appointment. Amber made my day! She is a recent addition to Larry’s, and she is friendly, competent, helpful, efficient, and just plain nice.

So happy with the service Larry’s window company provides! My very particular mother used them for years in Des Moines. I live 40 miles away, and they come down to take care of my windows which are impossible for me to reach! (Reasonable travel charge)They are amazing at their job. Efficient and friendly. Amber does the scheduling, and she is a doll! Now I have 3 family members in my area enjoying their service as well!

Always very pleased with the work and organizing skills, super trustworthy I'm usually not even there when they visit, so its like magical ferries came in while i was away and Always looks great!

This is a family owned business that I have used for many years. My mom who is 93, has had her carpets cleaned by them most her married life.
They are professional, courteous, prompt and do an excellent job. I have grandchildren running through this house all the time and they made my carpet look like it is brand new.
You can't go wrong, having Tim and Chris do whatever job you need done. I have also had an upholstery cleaning done and was very pleased. Five stars..wish there were six!

I want to give a shoutout to Chris and Tim with Lathrop’s Carpet Clean in Des Moines. They did a great job and were professional, reliable, and easy to work with from start to finish. The carpets came out looking much better, and I really appreciated the quality of the work and attention to detail.

It’s always nice supporting a local company that has been a Des Moines staple for decades. They show up, do what they say they’re going to do, and take pride in their work. If you’re in the Des Moines area and need carpet cleaning, I’d definitely recommend giving Chris and Tim at Lathrop’s Carpet Clean a call.
