We had my mom's apartment carpet cleaned today after a health emergency and she was taken to the hospital. The three gentleman that came were so professional and SO KIND. They all shared their apologies and expressed sincere concerns. I was so touched and so impressed. They did great work with kind hearts. You can't beat that kind of service.

I've used Lathrop's since Mr. Lathrop founded the company and always with tremendous results. Tim and Chris took over the business when their father died and they've continued the tremendous customer service, fair price, excellent stain removal techniques and cleaning of carpet, area rugs and white upholstered furniture. ALWAYS professional, friendly, prompt, absolutely honest. You'll never do better.

My landlord recommended I use Lathrop's for a new office space I'm leasing. He uses them for his business spaces and home and has had good results. The office space had very large dark spots on the carpet from the prior business's furnishings. They got the carpet looking like new, but equally important, were very polite, punctual (gave me just a short window of time instead of making me wait all morning), and friendly to chat with. The price was a bit more than when I used a large chain company, but I feel that the customer service was worth it and I will use them again.

Lathrop was recommended by my neighbor. They cleaned three area rugs and did terrific job. The rugs hadn't been cleaned in over ten years. Pet stains, etc. They came back looking like new rugs. Also had them clean white fabric cushion and chair. My cat threw up on chair and I thought it was a lost cause. Again, Lathrop did great job and chair looks terrific! Nice people, fair pricing and excellent work.

I wish I took before pictures because the after is amazing! I can't believe how clean and fresh everything is! Having kids and two senior dogs, I was so embarrassed by how our carpets and some of our furniture looked. Tim & Chris came and cleaned a little over 600sqft of carpet and some upholstery in two hours. They were incredibly thorough, friendly, and reasonably priced. I'm so impressed with the results and will have them back in the future!
