Perfect. My light tan kitchen carpet suffered six years of abuse from rolling a wheelchair from the outside directly onto the carpet. I was certain it had to be replaced and was beyond cleaning. It is now spotless. The technician Emily was great--she was on time, worked quickly, and the carpet is as good as new. I also had a 15 year old chair with a stain on the headrest section--I was about to toss the chair--and again Dream Steam got the stain out. I do not usually do reviews--but this service was simply perfect. Highly recommend. Will use again.

We had Dream Steam do our carpets this week, and they did an awesome job. We had some tough spots from our puppy to clean and remarkably they were able to remove the spots. Eric was professional and knowledgeable with the products and able to answer all our questions. I will be calling them again for our next shampoo.

They came on time, were easy to schedule, and did a great job. It was fast and easy. One of the team members even helped me wrangle a couple of cats when they escaped. Will use them to clean our vents again.

These guys are fantastic! Although there was a scheduling miscommunication, they were super responsive to meet my needs and went over and above to make me happy. Brandon was so great to work with as he was very professional and personable! He made my 15 year old carpets look like new again and was able to get out some pretty tough stains. Super quick response to message left with call center. We had air ducts cleaned and a few days later carpet cleaned. Both appointments the technicians were on time, friendly, careful, and did great work! We will definitely use them again!

We used Dream Steam to clean our carpet after we moved out of our apartment that had 3 years worth of wear and tear. They made it look new again and the leasing agent commented on how clean the carpet looked at our walk through. We were so impressed that we used them again to clean our carpet in our new house. Brandon did a great job both times and is very professional. Will definitely refer to friends and family.

My Techs name was Shawn. He was very professional and I enjoyed his sense of humor. He was thorough, explained the process well and hustled for 4 hours. We do notice less dust in the house.

So thrilled with Dream Steam!! They were able to get us an appointment shortly after we called them. We asked that they come out to our house to clean the dryer vent. Unfortunately, we had just moved into the house and weren’t sure where it was located. They spent about an hour and a half looking and when they could not find it, they apologized. No charge for any of that. We contacted the proper sources and were able to locate the dryer vent. Dream Steam came back out and did an excellent job. Overall, very professional and responsive. Also, a great company for going out of their way to help us locate the dryer vent!! Definitely recommend hiring Dream Steam!!

We discovered water damage from our refrigerator in the early morning hours on a Thursday. I called my insurance company first thing and wanted to get someone to my home asap as we were going out of town for the weekend. My insurance company had a preferred vendor that was supposed to call me within 2-3 hours, but I also reached out to Dream Steam after getting a referral from a coworker.

Dream Steam assured me that they could have someone out by early afternoon and they did. As a matter of fact they were already there when I received a call from my insurance's company's preferred vendor to schedule a time for them to come.

Our water damage required mold mitigation and floor replacement throughout our main level. I found the staff to be courteous, professional and accommodating. Calls/texts were always returned in a reasonable amount of time. I'm glad I called Dream Steam.
