Thorough cleaning in a timely manner. Luke did a very good job. Would definitely use them again. We are also considering other services they provide.

We've used Dream Steam for more than 10 years and they never disappoint! We've always had them clean our carpet, but this time they also cleaned our kitchen tile and it looks like new again! Also, shout out to their tech who was professional, personable and respectful! Thanks for another quality job well done!

The only reason they received 4 stars and not 5. She was 1/2 late. Bella did call to tell me she was running late which is why they received 4 stars. If she would of been on time, she would of received 5 stars. She was very polite, and answered my questions. If didn't know the answer she called the office. I'm very satisfied with the cleaning of my carpet. It looks brand new, and smells fresh and clean. And there was a heavy track area she managed to get cleaned. Thank you
I forgot to mention the price was reasonable.

After emailing around for quotes, Dream Steam had some of the best pricing for air duct cleaning. They initially said via email that they were two weeks out for service, but when I called them back they were able to service my house within two days. The workers were early for the time — got to my house before I did! — and worked quickly and efficiently. I was happy with the service provided and how they worked to fit me in quickly!

My mother called Dream Steam to help with a water leak in the basement after heavy rain. Thirty minutes after she called they were at work in her basement. Anna, Sam, Jackson and Luke have been fabulous to work with and I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of her in a stressful situation.

We’ve hired them a half dozen times over the years. As a busy home with 5 children, neighborhood kids, and lots of others in and out we value preserving our carpets.

They are friendly, quick to come, adjust appointment times when necessary, and do a thorough job.

My house doesn’t smell like chemicals and they’ve successfully even removed a large and rather permanent stain from rubber cement once. It took multiple treatments but I couldn’t tell you where it once was.

Terrible job, didn’t put my vents back the right away on top of that even stripped the thread on not just 1 vent but 3, so now they aren’t even on , they didn’t even bother to put all of them back on, sent a couple kids that really didn’t even seem to know what they were doing, what bothers me the most is my vents will not go back in at all anymore cause the guys drilled it in the wrong way and chose to leave it that way when we weren’t looking, noticed days after they left. Even left my water heater off. Doubt they’ll ever come fix what they damaged.

Just had Dream Steam out to clean our air ducts and dryer vent, Nate B. did an exceptional job. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and takes a lot of pride in the work he does. Highly recommend.

Hired company in September and botched job still not remedied as promised as of this writing/rant. New employee cleaned carpets and did not use a wall guard that protects walls from hose rubbing on corners which dinged every wall in rooms cleaned. After bringing this to attention of company they sent their manager Monica to my home to check out damage to wall and paint. She said they would hire a painter to fix damage. After much follow-up on my part she said they "couldn't find a painter" more like they didn't want to pay a painter. Monica said that she could do it, and going against my common sense I said yes as I wanted this fixed. As you can imagine this didn't turn out well as she couldn't match the paint twice, multiple trips to the house, and still missed an entire wall. After two plus months they hired the owners relative to come get the painting completed, minus the wall missed and didn't send the paint for that wall for him to complete that job. Monica again stated she would come over and fix it, I told her I am cutting my losses with this company and would steer anyone reading this to stay clear. She said she would drop off the paint to complete and still no paint to fix so I went to Sherman Williams and finished there screwups. Customer Service and Owner involvement NON Existent! Hambly and Sons did a wonderful job on the carpets in my 3 bedrooms. Patrick the technician was very professional, polite, and answered all of my questions. I loved the way my home smelled after the carpet cleaning. Would highly recommend them to everyone. Definitely got my money's worth! Thank you Hambly and Sons!!!

Had a great experience with getting our vents cleaned! Joe was thorough, courteous and put up with our multiple dogs. Highly recommend!

Joe did a great job and was very friendly!! he was even considerate enough to ask and make sure my cats were safe and secure so they didn't get sucked up ^-^

Nate with dream team does a great job. He showed up right on time and got right to work. Friendly and professional. He made sure we didn’t have any questions before he started work and as always, the air ducts are spotless when he leaves. This is the second time we’ve hired these guys and we will likely use them every 3 years. Thanks, Nate!!

Dream Steam was amazing today!! I highly recommend hiring them. They came out today to work on vents and the service was spectacular. 10/10 experience with customer service and repair technician. Will definitely be using them again in the future. Also, I loved how they were not pushing sales on you like other HVAC companies in the Des Moines Metro area. Straight forward pricing and they delivered.

Thank you for coming out to clean our furnace vents today. For the most part these guys did a great job. I also really appreciated that you were able to get this taken care of so quickly!

HOWEVER, as they were packing up to leave they left the large 12 inch diameter hose in our entryway and it was spewing nasty dust back inside our house from our vents and probably all of your other customers.

I screamed for them to stop and to get the hose out of our house. They never apologized for this fairly significant error. In fact, the apparently senior technician had the nerve to tell me he did not appreciate me yelling at his associate.

Guess what? I don't appreciate you pumping furnace vent waste back into my house! Please make sure to address this and train them to ensure that this does not happen to your other clients.

P.S. We did appreciate that you used plastic corner guards to protect the paint on drywall corners. However, the guards still rubbed and I will need to touch up the paint on a number of corners in our home. Maybe you could place some fabric on the inside of your corner guards to avoid this going forward!

1 million stars!! ⭐️ I called around all morning to find someone to come clean the carpet in a rental im moving into. No luck until I called Dream Steam. It was such a good expierence from the start. The lady that took my call was super friendly and helpful with all of my questions! And not only did they get me in same day (which felt like last minute on my part), they seriously turned the hopelessly doomed-looking carpet into brand new carpet. Oh and the price! I feel like I hit the black friday jackpot. If you arent using Dream Steam what are you even doing!!? HUGE THANK YOU to Anna and Bella!!!

We had water seep through our walls and into basement from a toilet overflowing so I called Dream Steam on a Sunday. I spoke to the on-call and then the owner and they said they would have someone come out first thing Monday after looking at pictures and assessing damage. Nathaniel came out first thing Monday morning and got all their equipment hooked up quickly. I believe Sam was with him as well. Happy with the care and attention all around to get my house dry.
