In the neighborhood behind my house and have been for 45+ minutes. It's currently 953pm and they are still at it. Whyyyy would this be your business hours?!!

Long story short, the degenerates above me left their kitchen faucet running. I got home (on a Monday - after work and the gym) to water flowing freely from the vent above my patio door. My drapes and the carpet were soaked.
The maintenance man in my complex called Actually Clean Floor & Furniture and they were here within the hour. Thet extracted the water, cleaned my drapes and shampooed my carpets. They explained the process and were especially kind AND thorough. I would highly recomend them to anyone! I was amazed at their prompt, professional service.

Loudest truck!! Comes to a whole apartment where people lives and sounds like a palm sander times 10 for about an hour or two i have to hear this truck every week i hate this company and i hope ur truck breaks down🤬

Company's truck is very obnoxious. We work evenings and it was impossible to keep sleeping through the noise it was making. It sounded like a lawn mower just running nonstop right outside our window but the truck was at the building across the street... Don't use these guys, unless you hate your neighbors!

3AM they start, woke me up outta of a dead sleep. They were a building a way. Truck is sooooo loud. They have been working almost two hours now.

Who needs their carpet cleaned at 11pm? Super inconsiderate to residents

They started work at 10 pm through 11:30 pm, and their trucks are loud. Why on earth would you begin a job with your loud truck so late at night?

As others have stated, this company's trucks are insanely loud while in operation. Walking in the vicinity of one, you can't even hear yourself talk out loud. I work from home, and when their truck starts up anywhere nearby, I basically just have to stop until they're done. I assume any positive reviews of this company come from landlords, as they would only be seeing the job on completion, not while it's happening and deafening. For those of us actually living in the area, this company is highly disruptive.

About a month ago, my living room flooded due to a busted pipe. Maintenance called this company in to clean up the water. Instead of advising everyone to stay out of their way, these idiots asked my CHILDREN to help clear stuff out of the way. My four year old daughter grabbed the smallest thing she could carry (which was a plugged in table lamp) while standing on a wet floor and got electrocuted! I had to take my four children and leave our home because we no longer felt safe. My ex called the company a few days later to inform them what happened and they showed zero remorse. The supervisors response was, "I wasn't there so I don't know that that actually happened so I don't know what to tell you." NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

The inconsiderate company decided that 8PM would be the best time to start a cleaning on the townhouse next door. The truck is obnoxiously loud.

Horrible company and very inconsiderate. 90% of their service they do in the evening time at the apartment complex where I live. It’s 8:55pm right now and they are currently doing service across from me. My kids can’t sleep! This is ridiculous, they always do this. Their truck is extremely loud and disruptive.

if you need to get work done timely come and do it during business hours. why on earth would you run your insanely loud trucks that can be heard from miles away after sunset. incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional.

9:30 at night they come to townhomes here in Waukee and decide to start cleaning the floors. The truck is ungodly loud! The noise was ripping throughout the neighborhood. Thank God the Police showed up and shut him down! Common sense goes a long ways! I can’t imagine with these type of reviews the company will be around for much longer!

Fix your machine!!! Actually having a muffler on your blower motor goes along way if you want it to, but clearly you don't care about that plenty of people have been complaining about this for years. Keep putting that profit in your pocket. After 6 o'clock at night you have me thinking theres a air raid, completely uncalled for, avoidable and unprofessional. Once again fix your machine.

They have been cleaning a place in my development for 3 hours now and the vacuum buzzing sound is literally vibrating my house, and I live a few houses down from the one that is being cleaned. SHUT UP.

Started cleaning a house at 9pm and went til 1130pm after police officers told them to shut it down at 11. Back at it at 8am the next morning.

Truck is so loud it can be heard a block away and left a massive puddle in oil in street, did not clean it up.

This company was cleaning carpets in our development at 11:30 last night. Multiple residents called the police, forcing them to come back the next day and leaving a oil stain on the street.

They do awesome commercial, construction cleaning!!! Definitely recommend this place!!!! Staff is awesome, all very friendly and complete the job that is asked of them to do!

I have brought in many different items from Christmas tree runs to baptismal album that were 30 years old a brownie outfit that was 60 years old. Of course I’ve always bring in my regular dry cleaning. They always call if they have questions. It’s usually done ahead of time and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We appreciate you,😊
