The level of disrespect the employees have here at the Des Moines location is crazy. It’s like if you’re not Hispanic they feel extremely comfortable talking bad about you and laughing in their language right in your face. (Little tip, just because we don’t look alike doesn’t mean I don’t understand the language)
Imagine thinking you’re going into a professional setting to try and get help on something that you know is wrong, and when you get there they try to speak to you and treat you like you don’t know what you’re talking about. It’s not my first job, if I’m coming to yall because I know something is wrong on my checks then you should be able to sit down and talk it out with me like a professional, Not send me back and forth and then have everyone at the front desk start talking about me trying to make it seem like I don’t know what’s going on.
You guys are extremely weird here. They need more diversity at the office so other races get the same level of respect, since you guys only feel the need to treat the Hispanics with more patience and ‘respect’ here.
Remember once you’re off work you’re a regular person, you’re not better than anybody. You guys are too grown to be acting so rude in a PROFESSIONAL setting.

Wallet was lost in the yard tracked it down with my AirPod somehow ended up at the same place. They was working at just weird. You guys need to check your people.

My 2-year-old carpet developed wrinkles in numerous places so my apartment management sent these guys out. Ryan? Had all the right carpet stretching tools and the skills and fixed all my wrinkles in my carpet. Exceeded my expectations and I'm happy with the finished work. They showed up about 2:00 in the afternoon. I didn't have carpet cleaning done.

Noise from their machine is ridiculous.

They park behind your car and their machines are very loud they were at my apartment complex at 11pm the other night while I was trying to sleep and couldn't.

Glad they chose to clean my neighbors floors at 8pm at night. Really made getting to bed really easy with their machine screaming

Very disrespectful people! Who have no sense of remorse/respect. My family was dealing with a death at apartment complex. They refused to stop working so we could have so time. had some very disrespectful comment on one of the hardest day my family has he ever had!

On their third attempt to clean an apartment in our building. First trip was over 5 hours. Second trip was pushing two hours after starting at 7PM. Current attempt is pushing another two hours on the same unit, almost 9PM.

Attempt #4 currently underway for the same unit.

I live in a neighborhood that is totally disrupted when these trucks arrive!!!! Too loud. Company told me they know how loud they are. In looking at these reviews today, I would NEVER use or recommend this company!
