Rating: ⭐⭐ (1 star for stock, 1 star for fast install. 0 stars for everything since.)

Take your business elsewhere. This company does not stand behind their work and uses "scare tactics" to inflate invoices. We chose them for a water heater install because they were the only ones not "busy"—now I know why.

The "Red Flags" you should know:

Failed Anniversary Service: They promised to reach out for our one-year service anniversary. They never called. We had to be the ones to reach out to them. Ironically, they had no problem spamming my phone and email weekly with automated promotions for things I didn't need (like that $49 Nitrate Test every two weeks), but they couldn't be bothered to schedule the actual maintenance they promised.

Dishonest Quoting: During a visit, they claimed an electrical line was "not to code" and quoted $1,800 to fix it. I had a City Inspector and a 3rd party electrician visit—both confirmed the work was perfectly to code and fully grounded. They essentially tried to scam me out of $1,800 for a problem that didn't exist.

Predatory Service Rates: When we finally got them out to flush the tankless unit, they charged $370 for 75 minutes of work (over $300/hour). They also snuck an unauthorized $25 "Membership Fee" onto the bill without asking.

Zero Accountability for Damage: Two years after the install, they discovered a slow leak at the exact copper pipe connection they made. Even though they admitted to "disrupting" this pipe during the initial install, they refused to fix it, hiding behind a "1-year warranty" and claiming "it's not our pipe."

    The Bottom Line:
They are quick to install because they aren't in demand, but once the product is in, you are just a target for spam and price gouging. They do not stand behind their work and will actively look for ways to charge you for "repairs" caused by their own installation "disruption."

Save your money and your sanity—call a reputable local plumber instead.

Technician Will came in to take a look at my dryer vent situation. He thoroughly investigated and recommended a solution. I haven't done the work yet but I really appreciated his recommendation. Will was professional and detailed. I will definitely call them next time.
