I've been with Indianola Mechanical over 5 years for my geothermal service and am consistently impressed with their services and expertise. The owner is a really nice person, and he hires good people who seek to serve and excel. Can't thank them enough.

Very professional, easy to talk to. Overall they were the slightly more expensive option with a slightly less comprehensive warranty, so I won't be going with them. But their service representative did everything he was supposed to.

I was told I would have a morning appointment, but they didn't come until afternoon. No big deal. The guys were quick and did a great job. No mess and they explained everything well. Even had some laughs. Very pleased

Every experience I've had with them has been awesome!! Calling for service at 10pm on a weekend, she was so kind and helpful. Talking to the owner about a new system was easy!! Will was awesome when he came out to diagnosis the issue. And today Gary and Devonte rocked the installation!!

Michael was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with tips he could provide with my frozen pipes. Super friendly and patient with my dogs barking and my kids running around. Will definitely recommend this company to anyone who has any plumbing issues! Extremely satisfied.

Mike was great. He asked great questions, listened to my explainations and my questions. Then he answered my questions. Clearly explained how he would correct the problem.

Mike came today to make the repairs needed. He arrived on time, jumped right in. A suprise development did not phase him and a quick pivot kept him on schedule. Very happy with his work and attitude! If I could give him 6 stars, I would!

I love Indianola Mechanical. They have done a number of jobs for me and they are the most professional, skilled technicians of any company I have used. Today I had a great visit with Joe Tilley, what a gem. He fixed everything and told me to just put my feet up and relax. I have only worked with them on a couple estimates on some large plumbing & HVAC problems in my home I need to tackle this Summer. They presented quite a few options money wise and quality wise. I was able to discuss pros and cons of all with them. Very Happy with them so far, looking forward to working with them.

We have a newer home, and the blower went out in our furnace. We had a service with another company, they gave us a quote. I called IM and they sent Chris out to check on things. Chris went above and beyond! He called the contact information on the furnace and discovered the item was still under warranty! This kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Exceeded our experience with a company we used for over 20 years. We also switched to IM for our yearly service. Honesty and integrity cost nothing, but the reward is great! I would have given 10 stars. The office staff is awesome too. Great communication and stellar service!

Had a DIY faucet repair go south on me. I answered a few question on their website and received a call within 15 minutes on a Sunday night! My plumber who helped me was Joe, who communicated his arrival. He was knowledgeable and great with conversation. I will use them the next time I need plumbing services. Thanks again Joe!
