This is the second maintenance plan we’ve purchased from Indianola Mechanical to service our furnace and a/c annually. We had the service technician arrived within the timeframe we were given. He was very friendly and professional. I like to watch what they do and it did not bother him and in fact talked through the steps he was doing. Technology is amazing. We would recommend Indianola Mechanical and their service plan.

Great service experience. Joe, our plumber was great at his job and explained everything. He was considerate and friendly. The job was also done swiftly and left no mess or issues. We are very happy and will continue to use Indianola Mechanical for our needs.

Indianola Mechanical came quickly in my time of need while dealing with a leaking hot water heater. Will, the service tech, was fabulous. Not only was he very professional and polite, he performed the work in a timely manner while showing concern for our home. He was great!!

Called to get an estimate on replacing a vent. They wern't sure if they even did that type of work. The person on the phone had no idea about local thing such as main roads and local attractions like Merle Hay Rd or Adventureland, like they wern't local as they claimed. The whole interaction seemed strange. At the end, they wanted paid upfront to give me an estimate. I would avoid them like the plague.

Will came out to take a look at an issue with our furnace. He was polite, very respectful, talked with me while examining the furnace and explaining things as he went along. After he presented all my options very clearly to me and I decidied which options I wanted to move forward with, he got the job done in about 2 hours. He showed me all of his finished work as well. I'm very pleased with the service provided by Will!

Joe was very nice and friendly. I was shocked at the price but, everything is high these days. They accommodated me nicely and had a new water heater installed before the afternoon was over. Thank you Joe, I appreciate your prompt service.

Will did an extremely thorough job! He explained everything thoroughly and made sure we understood. He was very knowledgeable and great to work with. He went above and beyond what other service people have for us in the past- without asking!! We highly recommend him to others! On a scale of 1-10 - would give him 15!

Will did a great job in doing outer annual tune-up. He was here for hours working on the furnace and a/C. He took care of our property and cleaned up after himself. He recommended repairs that he saw as opportunities and presented estimates to me based on his experience. He explained why they were important and the costs associated with them. He sent me a detailed list to discuss with my wife. Indianola Mechanical has been great to work with. Very responsive!!

I recently had 3 new toilets installed in a home I just moved in to. I wanted to give Cameron a shout out for the quality job he did from start to finish. He was kind, knowledgeable and professional. Plbg inspection as part of service contract. Found condensate leak in furnace and faucets need replaced.
Was thorough and walked us thru issues. Set up time for HVAC guy to take care of condensate issue. Gave us quote on other needed repairs.

They were able to fix my furnace on a bitterly cold Sunday when my furnace was out. Shout out to technician Robert! He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing step by step. They will be my first call for any future needs!

We needed a replacement for our furnace and AC units. Cade offered us a great deal on a top model two stage system from Ruud. The guys came and unstalled the replacements in one day. Both technicians were very professional answerd all my questions explained how the sustem works and left a well cleaned place after they were done. In the next week a few adjustments were necessary, technicians came promptly and did a great job at optimizing the system for our needs. We are very satisfyed with the service and recomend Indianola Mechanical to anyone that needs HVAC services.

I cant say enough good things about Rob, the tech that came out to address my furnace. He was incredibly knowledgeable, very friendly, and let me know exactly what was going on. He gave great recommendations and I now have heat for a lot less money than I anticipated. I'm glad I stumbled across them on a Google search, absolutely recommend!

Can’t say enough positive things about the customer service and attention to detail that we have received from this company. Couldn’t recommend them enough. They put in a new geothermal unit for us after we had a garage heater installed. Top down we have had nothing but a great experience. I’ve never felt like I had anything but very balanced quotes and never up sold on anything. Love these guys.
