Everyone involved in the cleanup and fixing of the water damage were very professional, helpful and prompt. They did an amazing job and we are looking forward to using them again in the future for other projects we have planned.

Involved with work at Janice Whitehead's house. Amber and Ryan were so friendly and willing to satisfy her no matter what. Very knowledgeable and explained in detail to Jan. Two of the best workers we've encountered in any projects we've had done lately.

Excellent service! Called them to get our carpets cleaned, look brand new and our home smells fresh. Techs are friendly professional.

Just moved into new construction. Air vents were very dusty . SERVPRO did an amazing job of cleaning our air vents. The dust storm has subsided! We do not have to dust twice a day anymore! Now it is the normal dust routine. Customer service was great! Great communication!

All the work was done very well. The subcontractors were all very pleasant and got the job (ceiling and wall repair, new floors, painting) done right the first time. They also fixed the toilet for us when they reset it.

Had a water leak from kitchen to bedroom below. Darrick and Jena were great to work with. Ensured the affected areas were dried and anti mold product was used. Will use NW serve pro again if needed.

My sewer backed up on Sunday and there was a mess in my lower level bathroom - on the floor, in the tub and the sink and toilet! SERVPRO was here today to clean up the mess for me! I can't say enough good things about the terrific job done by the two very nice men who were here to clean and sanitize everything! They were so polite and respectful and I am so pleased with the work they did! I would definitely use SERVPRO again!

I’m absolutely dumbfounded for what this franchise has done to my family and I. Knowing I have a 2 month old baby boy, they decided to “let me go” because of a decision that has nothing to do with me. I have pour sweat, blood, and tears for this franchise and this is how they repay me. I would not recommend using this Servpro at all.

We had Servpro come help dry out our basement when we found water in March of 2021. They were very responsive when it came to drying out the basement. They were there within an hour of calling. They said the repair would just need new carpet pads, new baseboards, and maybe new doors. This repair took then until July 2021 to finish. I was not happy with the work they originally did so they tried to fix. Even the final project still had gaps in the baseboards (you can see the picture attached). I felt that the people we dealt with were very rude when we told them we would like it redone and they felt their work was acceptable. I would not recommend them to anyone because after $7000+ this is what my baseboards still look like.

We had just moved into our dream home a week prior. The wash leaked and we had major water damage to our new home. Servpro came in and made it all better. The team was professional and super polite. This company is THE BEST! We had water come thru our kitchen ceiling onto our cabinets and wood floors. Andrew Peters came in and dried everything up, and Nate and Jayden did a great job diagnosing and removing the moisture. They were on time every day and cleaned up after themselves. I hope we never have water damage again but if we do I will call them!

They have been great; very friendly and have explained everything clearly to us and answered all of our questions. They have also been very attentive to the work being done. Great job. Our dog Wilson is going to miss them.

This past week my family had a water incident that caused damage in multiple rooms and both floors of our home. To say we were overwhelmed would be an understatement given the reality that we have a toddler and a newborn. In times like these having good and knowledgable people to guide you through all of the various obstacles can reduce some of the stresses that are involved.

Robert from Servpro was that person for us. He was understanding, knowledgable, flexible and most importantly a good communicator. Robert, we can't thank you enough for all of your help during this unfortunate situation.

We have a flooded basement. Servpro responded quickly with a plan and huge drying equipment. They removed the soggy carpet and have been in direct contact with the insurance company for further removal and repair. Scheduling things to happen has been easy, and the team is always punctual.

SERVPRO to the rescue!! My husband and I cannot thank you enough for your very prompt, diligent, and professional workmanship in our time of need. Their mitigation of the unfortunate after affects of our town's flushing of the sewer lines was top notch! This company saw us through every step of the way and returned our home to a safe, sanitized living space. No one wants to need SERVPRO, but when you do need them you want a team like Darrick and Jena to help you. We had a water leak and they arrived less than an hour after I called. They have been friendly and professional- and most importantly our rooms are dry and we do not have to worry about mold! Thanks so much!

The bill we received after the work was done was three times what was originally quoted. We understood that the original was an estimate, but we were never given an update on the amount. However, when reviewed a discrepancy was found in the invoice. They responded Immediately and positively and worked to rectify to rectify the situation. Their conduct reflects the highest degree of honesty, integrity, and professionalism. I recommend ServPro of DesMoines NW most heartily.
