Following a water break in our home, ServPro was remarkably responsive, efficient, and professional in resolving all necessary mitigation. They expertly identified what was immediately needed, what could wait, and what could be left alone. Of particular note was the constant communication Robert provided; he also interfaced with my insurance adjuster and other contractors seamlessly. Servpro did a nice job with clean up and letting us know what was going on. They had demo and drying done in a few days. Dakota and Hollywood did a nice job.

We had a house fire in December of 2023 in our upstairs bathroom and have had the worst experience with Servpro. Mac was the only person we actually didn’t have an issue with but turns out he no longer works with this company. The communication was absolutely disastrous, messages were ignored, appointments were cancelled and rescheduled on multiple occasions, we were blamed for delays, we were spoken down to and have been made to feel like we were a nuisance although we’re the ones who went through homing displacement. We had one room we agreed our items would be handled by us because of valuables in it and those items were sifted through by the movers of Servpro and when brought to their attention, our heat ended up magically getting turned off. A little too coincidental. Big items were left plugged in and running when they were no longer needed, upping our electrical bill. Projects were put off - flooring was delayed because they miscommunicated floor pricing and said it was our fault we didn’t pick something in our budget when they told us they were showing us things in our budget. When our items were brought back to our home we had over $1000 worth of damage done. Glass items thrown into boxes with a single piece of bubble wrap tossed on top. Jewelry tossed in one box left for us to sit an untangle for hours on end. An entire box of our bath towels had Zep shower cleaner tossed on top of it and spilled on it, bleaching 80% of our towels. Sentimental items smashed. Told we would be reimbursed for the damages back in the beginning of August, said they were sending a check in the middle of September this year (2024) and we still have not received a check and our messages have since been ignored or brushed off. They received their payment - our mistake - even though the job was not fully finished, edges to the bathroom doors were either installed wrong or not at all. While they have been responding to the hurricane victims, we should have had the job done back in March/April, which was their original timeline they gave us.Absolutely do not recommend and will never be working with this company in the future.

I hired SP to do mitigation and reconstruction on my home after a tornado. Once mitigation was paid we were going to move forward w reconstruction. Last week I txtd my point of contact and he told me he was laid off and I needed to contact Kevin. I called and left Kevin a msg on his cell and a few hrs later at the office, my call was never returned. I had a bad feeling so I hired a new contractor. He stopped by SP to see if my drywall had been tested for asbestos. They said they weren't sure and he'd have to talk to Kevin but he was sent to NC. I've still never received a call from SP and it seems they just ditched to make money elsewhere. While I was happy w the work done, bailing on my project without so much as a phone call is very unprofessional and I would not recommend this company.

Robert and his team showed up within an hour of my first call, in the middle of a blizzard, to work on our flooded basement. He thoroughly explained the situation and they took care of everything. It was a very stressful situation but they made it as easy as possible.

Robert and his crew did a fantastic job at our church building after we had significant flooding in the basement. They responded immediately and took such wonderful care of us. Couldn't recommend them more highly! Thank you Robert and crew!

Tristan and Dj did an amazing job drying out the water. Very personable and conscientious of our 2 dogs during the process.

DJ & Tristan were efficient, pleasant, polite and cleaned up well after they finished. They kept us well informed of the drying out process and what to expect in the next day or two.

Robert and his crew were great. Respectful, efficient, and knowledgeable. Cleaned up everything after work was complete. Patient and answered all questions and concerned. Our situation ended up being a bigger project than expected and Robert is helping us get our issue repaired.

Tristin and DJ did amazing work. They first tested the carpet for moisture content. When it was determined that it needed to be removed and fans set up to dry it out, they worked hard to get it completed.

Dakota and his team were here to clean up our basement water damage within an hour of me calling. They came everyday until the issue was resolved. They were always here when they said they would be and were very kind and curious. I’m very appreciative and would highly recommend Servpro.

I cannot tell you how impressed we are by the service we received from Servpro. Tristen and DJ worked incredibly hard to take care of the water issues we had in our basement. They were so kind and extremely polite. They explained every single thing they were doing each time. They made multiple trips to our home to make sure everything was drying properly. When they were finished, they helped us get new carpet pads and rebuild our basement. We will, without hesitation, will contact them again, should we need them.

They responded promptly after a water leak and checked in frequently on the drying progress. Thanks to Dakota, Brendan, and Doug for ensuring any damage was minimal!

We were very pleased with our experience with Tristen, Hollywood, Tiny Kevin and Manager Kevin. We called ServPro within 5-10 minutes of noticing our washing machine leaking water into our laundry room and basement bedroom below. Tristen and Woody responded at our home within 20 minutes and communicated promptly with their manager, Kevin. A plan was immediately put into place to remove the water and dry out the laundry floor, bedroom ceiling, walls and all of the space in between. Within three days every affected area measured completely dry with minimal resulting damage, which was limited to a few nickel size holes in the bedroom ceiling and one in a wall. Patching the holes and minimal repainting of those areas was the extent of the repairs required. We were exceedingly pleased with the efficient and respectful communication and the patience with addressing our concerns. We were included in the decision making process as to the best approach to address our remediation needs and informed of the progress being made daily. Would definitely recommend.

Had a messy occasion at our hoouse on Sat., April 19th which involved a kitchen faucet left on for a LONG time (with the drain plug in.) Called SERVPRO and a crew was at our house within 25 minutes. We had done as much as possible to soak up the standing water in our kitchen, dining area and living room. We even discovered that water had soaked through the floorboards and into and through the basement into two finished rooms. They went right to work in inspecting all areas affected and placed several dehumidifiers and fans on both levels of the house. The crew returned on Monday and found that there was a bit of water being detected still on the main level flooring, so the equipment was left one more day. They returned on Tuesday and removed all equipment, and even moved all furniture back to where it belonged.
