Had a bat in our house, Sam showed up within 30 mins and had the bat out in no time! We definitely be calling again if there are any future issues.

I have been with Genuine Pest Control since their early days and I stay with them because they are helpful, friendly and quick to respond. We have had them take care of our annual ant situation and every year the ants are less invasive and this year it took one application and that was that! We have also had them take care of bats trying to make a home in our house and GPC made quick work of getting rid of them and making sure they closed off any possible future entrance! We highly recommend them for all your pest control needs!

David did a fantastic job assessing my problem in DM, Iowa, with birds pecking on my chimney and with suggestions about how to solve this problem. It was recommended first to trim back a nearby tree and then to re-evaluate in the Spring. David could come back quickly given the company schedule and do the tree trimming himself. He worked quickly and efficiently and shaped the limbs beautifully as well as getting the job done to trim necessary limbs. The company seems to care about costs to the consumer -- not offering more than what is needed. I feel the costs were more than reasonable. The work was done quicker than I could have ever hoped for with TOP QUALITY! Everything about this company speaks to SERVICE EXCELLENCE! Sam helped get my girlfriend to calm down that garnter snakes were not crawling through every lil hole around the house. Reassured her the foundation was fine and that they won't be coming in through the outlets in the house. She hates snakes. Thanks Sam.

Received prompt response to my online quote request and was able to set up an appointment for the same week. David was very friendly upon arrival and made sure all my questions were addressed before the inspection as well as following the inspection. David was clear on how the process to get pest entry issues would be addressed and that a quote would be sent for my review and acceptance of him doing the work.

Highly recommend! David was very communicative of when he'd be here. Once he arrived he completed a thorough inspection inside and out of our building as we've been having bird issues.
