Nobody ever WANTS to have to call a pest control company, but if you need to, don't hesitate to contact Genuine Pest Control. Within 10 days we reached out, David came to our home to assess the problem (bats!) and was back to install a mitigation tool. He explained the whole process every step of the way, and was incredibly helpful with my many, many questions. Excellent and clear communication throughout.

Sam was very helpful and professional. I had heard "noises" from the old stone foundation basement and he did a thorough inspection of the basement and the outside of the house, determined the problem and got traps set up, and explained everything to me.

David came and gave us an estimate for work to be done. David seemed very knowledgeable and explained what the plan would be going forward.

David from Genuine Pest Control did an excellent job guiding the bats out of our attic and making sure they stayed out. He kept us informed throughout the process and handled everything professionally. Highly recommend!

We have had work done by David with Genuine Pest Control several times. Each time was for bat exclusion. The first few times were after we bought our house as we narrowed down their entry routes. The most recent time was after a roof replacement. David is quick, thorough and knowledgeable. They are very fairly priced and honor their warranty if they need to come out and do touch ups. Highly recommend this company for bat work.

My husband and I were very satisfied with Bentley Ridge! They were very informative and helpful in guiding us regarding our tree planting experience. Not to mention answering all our questions!

Great experience! Needed two new trees to replace two ash trees that died. The folks at the tree farm were very helpful, courteous, and made sure we learned something. We opted to have them plant the new trees as well and their communication was great and the trees are doing awesome. Prior to being referred here, we looked into purchasing new trees from a couple other places who didn't really seem like they wanted to help us or answer our questions. So happy we were referred here!!

Needed more trees, who doesn't, so headed to our favorite nursery, Bentley Ridge. Best quality, variety and customer service in the area. LeAnn helped us find exactly what we needed. She is super knowledgeable and friendly. Even answered questions about some of our existing plants. Great rep for the business. Added bonus is the end of summer sale! We'll be back.

Have been buying trees from Bentley Ridge since the bus days. With the newer facility, the selection continues to grow. Added the 7th tree to the yard and all purchased from Bentley Ridge. The knowledge and service are first rate. From helping us select to getting it loaded and secured, they helped with a smile. Will continue to recommend and purchase from them.

I discovered Bentley Ridge this year when I was looking for a particular variety of clematis. The plant I bought was a very full, very healthy-looking plant at an excellent price and I was impressed by their huge selection. I have been back multiple times and have dealt with multiple staff members; all were knowledgeable and very helpful. I look forward to visiting them again in the spring when I can add to my garden. Highly recommended.

Bently's has quickly become my favorite plant and tree source. The variety of selection and quality of plants and trees is unmatched. The prices are reasonable and you really seem to get what you pay for, unlike many places in the metro that are WAY overpriced.

The staff is really knowledgeable and helpful. Jimmy is easy to work with. Though he probably needs cloned 🤣.

The other staff is built of people who have either previously owned plant shops or have degrees in horticulture. They go above and beyond to answer your questions, walk you around, and find the right solution for your needs. Our neighbors bought a lot of trees from them too and had an amazing experience as well. 100% we'll be back.

I had an amazing experience at Bentley Ridge Tree Farm & Nursery today. Jimmy and his sales staff are friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to make sure their customers find what they're looking for and are happy with their selections. A young man named Hayden helped me find my choices and load my plants into my vehicle. He was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this business for all your landscaping and outdoor products with everything you need in one spot to make your outdoor oasis a reality.
