Great experience with Arbor Masters! I was convinced my arborvitae trees were on their last leg, but Josh the arborist came out the same day and quickly put my mind at ease.

He thoroughly checked both the struggling and healthy trees, explained everything in plain English, and determined it was just a watering issue,not the tree crisis I had imagined. I really appreciated that he didn’t try to sell me any unnecessary treatments, just honest, knowledgeable advice.

Also, Rhonda the project manager was super friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole experience even better.

Arbor Masters cut down our large tree and removed the stump. They were professional and extremely knowledgeable. They cleaned up our yard very well. We really appreciated the work they did for us.

Ian and crew were terrific! They were very considerate of my lawn, my house, me...just everything. Ian made sure I was pleased with all they had done before they finished up. We had a tree in the back yard that hung over both neighbors' fences. They sent 5 individuals, who were on time and efficient. I complicated matters requiring them to return to load the large trunk of the tree in my brother's truck for recovery. Once again, they (3 individuals) were on time and performed all work in a professional manner. Thank you for a job well done.

Worst customer service I have experienced. Ladies sound depressed. And I had all the measurements and product I wanted and still couldn’t get a quote.

The manager came here himself. Every detale was covered and all questions where answered. There was no presure to buy only to see we fully understod. You will allways get our recomation. please forgive my poor spelling. May God bless you all.. respectfully, Roger

Sale was a comfortable process, scheduling for install was very flexible, installer nice and accurate, now waiting for the rain (none since install).

Within 2 days we were able to get the estimate and they were able to get it installed for us. Very happy with the results so far.

That afternoon after he finished the job we got a downpour and it handled it fine. Since then over about two weeks we've had over 12 inches of rain and basement is bone dry!

LeafFilter installs a cover over our gutters. That filter allows water to go in gutters but nothing else. I recommend this company to anyone. If you are concerned about getting on the roof to clean their gutters this is the best option.

We installed leaf filters ourselves many years ago and every year we were still having to get up on a ladder and fix them. With Leaf Filter there is no more ladder climbing.. live them

Their sales tactics are aggressive, immoral and predatory. Management is rude and unprofessional, and their product is also incredibly overpriced. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Service was excellent and the installation and installer was impeccable; on time and very professional. Would recommend their products and services 👌

Very poor customer service. I gave them a substantial down payment. Apparently the salesman carried it around for more than a week, maybe still carrying it. The crew did not show on install day. I called the customer service number and was told the install manager would call me right back. Two hours later the salesman called with a rambling load of excuses about he had called, he had left messages, he had been gone on vacation moving a child. I just eanted to know if they intended to install, ever! I didn't get an answer. I advised I would be calling eith ALL my attitude if I didn't hear by next day. No call. I called and salesman didn't answer so I left message that I would be canceling if he didn't call me back soon. Called customer service and no answer (on a Thursday) so I left message there that I eas going with a different company and would be putting a stop pay on my down payment. Thursday evening I found a message from the salesman, "call me". I did not. It all seems very shiesty. I just can't fathom why the guy is carrying around my down payment check. And, like the comments before me that are negative, very expensive! Bizzare discounting routine with the sales pitch. Do not recommend.

The product is excellent. And they were helpful in holding off with the installation until we had our home painted. We have a huge home - install was done in one day...by one person.

This is what leaf guard looks like 3 years later when it was installed wrong. They don’t guarantee their work and would not reinstall this for my parents. Poor service and they don’t back up their guarantee!

Don't fall for their sales pitch!!
When we had leaf filter installed, we where told we would have a life time warrantee for if the screens clog they would clean them out with no extra fee.
Today I called to have them come out a clear my clogged screens. I was told we were out of warrantee and would need to pay $95 to have someone come out and clean them.
I don't appreciate being lied to and taken advantage of.
I've called to have leaf guard installed.
Again, DON'T FALL FOR THEIR SALES PITCH!!

I had a completely unacceptable interaction with their sales person who came to quote my house. Their pricing is far too high which they claim is due to quality, though that's not true, and the sales model threatens the most vulnerable people who are least likely to conflict - ie; the elderly population.

They went from a $10k quote down to a $6k quote in less than 10min, and if they didn't push for same-day purchase to "lock in the discount" (sales model I was referring to which feeds off people's FOMO), I likely could have cut the quote down to $3k. That just shows how much they hike up the profit margins in hopes folks won't ask questions.

Save your money. Shop around. Please don't feel pressured into making a multi-thousand dollar decision within the span of the 30min they spend talking to you.

From the call to set up an appointment for an estimate, to the estimate process, to installation, the entire process and interactions were top notch!

On Saturday July 11, my wife responded to an email add to ask for a quote. She received a call within an hour. The salesman came to our house on Sunday, July 12. We succumbed to the high pressure presentation including a lot of fast talk and dropping prices until we bit. The gutters were installed Monday morning. After a gentle rain, contrary to the sales pitch, debris began to accumulate on the gutter surface. From other reviews, I'm concerned about the results during a real thunderstorm. We've made repeated attempts to reach the salesman by email and telephone with no response. A COMPANY TO AVOID.

The salesperson was friendly and helpful, the installer team was curious and cleaned up when done I could not be happier
