With 12” of snow on the ground and 1/2” of ice on my driveway, these guys worked all day chipping ice dams out of the rain gutters, repairing and realigning gutters all around in single digit temps, no sun, light mist! Not exactly ideal working conditions, but they stayed with it, even returning the next day to install on the detached garage. What troopers!
From sales rep to installers, all showed courtesy, friendliness, professionalism, and concern for my satisfaction. I’m sure that once spring rains come, then autumn leaves fall, I will be more than pleased that we have LeafFilter installed!

The salesman came out to my parents home and gave them an estimate of $3400. My parents purchased the gutter guards and the sales rep wrote up their estimate for $4100 saying that included the interest they would pay if they paid it off over time. My father told him they would pay it off when they got the bill....but he still included the interest on the invoice....told them they wouldn't owe that if they paid it off when they got the bill. My parents ended up having to pay the extra $700 because of how this guy wrote up their invoice. All attempts to contact company with messages left have been ignored. Shady people....definitely would NOT recommend!!

I did not like his high pressure. He would not accept no for an answer. He kept dropping price in order to get me to sign. I did not sign because I do not buy the first time. I ask for an estimate so I can compare. But they dont want you to think about anything. The demonstration was a joke, if a hose is held 3 inches above the screen of course the water is going through it. I got very tired of hearing him repeat everything and saying we want our customers to be safe. Also if he needs to check the roof, then he needs his own step ladder. He ask to use mine I refused. Overall dont buy from them, I can pay for someone to clean them for a very long time. $15,400 is too much for anyone.

I had a sales person over to get info and a quote. I felt it was a high pressure presentation. It was my first of 5 scheduled presentation by local companies and had no plan of making any decisions that day. I was given a very high bid, over my predicted cost, then offered $1200 of discounts to $2400 that I would have to sign a contract before he left today or the bid of $3600 would be the offer good for 1 year. I passed on it, told him I did not like his high pressure sell, he denied it and said it is like a black friday offer. Take the deal right now or it's gone when he walked out the door, which happened and in about 3 minutes as I was not interested if I don't see other offers first.

As other people have mentioned, my experience with an extremely aggressive sales tactic was frustrating. After pressuring me for about 15 minutes with various psychological techniques, the salesman realized I wasn’t going to purchase on the spot. After he realized I wasn’t going to budge, he angrily said I was wasting his time and left. This aggressive sales tactic probably works with some people, but not in my house. I can’t more strongly encourage people to avoid this unethical company!

Like some other reviews mentioned my sales person was too pushy and came down from an estimate of about 3k to 1200 in a few minutes but only if I signed their contract today. He even did the whole "well let me call my manager and save you money" cliche sales tactic. The money wasn't the problem for me it was the lack of respect for my time and wishes. When I say "let me think about it" and "not today" that's what I mean. if you can't respect me before I even sign how can I expect respect after? Coach your salesmen to be less pushy and you'd do a lot better.

I purchased new gutters, downspouts, and filters from Leaf Filter in July 2020. Randy Szymanski was my sales representative and he was knowledgeable, detailed, and patient in answering all my questions. What made the difference in choosing LeafFilter Gutter Protection was seeing the product samples of their competitors. Randy brought 4 or more samples of what other stores and companies sell, and they looked ineffective and unaesthetic. By comparison, the Leaf Filter gutter and filter cover are elegant! The lifetime transferable warranty also was very important to me. The two installers, Tonch and Willis, arrived on time, worked for 8 hours with barely a break, consulted with me on a couple issues, and left my yard looking much better than it did beforehand! Randy followed up with me afterwards. I had to wait several weeks before it rained to test out my gutters, and they work beautifully. No rain spilling over the gutters as before! There was a lot of ice to dig out of the gutters and it looks like parts of shingles came with it.

Had Leaf Filter gutter n screens installed 2 yrs ago. Noticed water was cascading over the gutter for the top roof. Nico came a day earlier then scheduled and had it fixed in under 10 minutes. The installer had not done the cutout for the connecting small downspout to the second roof gutter n spout. Was very courteous n helpful and did not charge me since it was an installation problem. Very satisfied and pleased with the service.
For those of you who think these are expensive, they are not cheap but I think worth it and I was given low payment, NO interest financing for 6 yrs thru Wells Fargo. So 😊

We had a little service work/check-up done to our existing Leaf Filter. The service tech spent a substantial amount of time checking our entire Leaf Filter System & patched a small hole which was caused by the 2020 derecho. Our tech was very thorough, knowledgeable & pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!!

Do not get the free quote. The guy stayed for 1.5 hours and refused to take no for answer. Extremely aggressive sales tactic.

Gave the quote & then kept bringing the price down each time we said no. After saying we would need time to make a decision, he continued to push and made us feel stupid for not taking the deal.

Prices also seemed a little outrageous - basically the same as my car payment for 100 feet of gutters

In addition to all of the above, he proceeded to make a misogynistic comment in hopes to persuade us even further

Gave an estimate for over $10,000 for 183 linear sq. ft. of gutter guard. Hugely overpriced. They then tried to lower down to 3k after saying no. Why would you consider doing business with someone when they try to gauge you like that? Installation and cost of materials for gutter guards is $7-$12 on average per linear ft. Do your research!

They explained the whole process and showed the product in person comparing it to other products on the market.Very knowledgeable and professional.I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new gutter system.

Read the reviews and do some research. IMO, Skip gutter guards all together and clean them yourself or pay someone to do it. Gave the sales guy a chance, who wouldn't provide his name when he left, and he left with quite an attitude. Professional - he was not. We simply wanted a quote. Our initial quote was $8,700. By the time he finished, after me advising I would not be making a decision in front of him regardless of the price as it was something that needed to be discussed, the last offer to complete the job was $2,300. Think about that for a minute.

Amazing work done to clean and prevent gutter from ever leaking again. Quality product with lifetime warranty sounds pretty hard to pass up. The older filters that were in the gutters were causing more drainage problems as it was causing grass to grow in the sediment inside the gutter.

We only have 3 straight sections of gutters totaling 77 feet on a very easy to install home that he said would only take 45 minutes to install. He wasted an hour avoiding my question about the final price and then gave an outrageous price of $43/foot as his on the spot "deal" price that expired immediately when he left vs the $59/foot 12 month guarantee price. Their business model is to offer some dramatically lower price and bully you into buying on the spot and tell you how great of a deal it is and that they're not taking commission. He wasn't even willing to give us until the end of the day to consider the first estimate. Waste of time and ridiculous business model. Do yourself a favor and just go install the Lowes or Menards stainless mesh version yourself for 95% less than LeafFilter.

Good clean job. Work men were respectful and skilled.

I like the product the most. The product works and we have not had to clean our gutters. The debris that collects on top of the gutter blows away.
The sales person and sales tactic suck. They came over and said it would be $10,000, then said if I signed with them today it would only be $7000.
I didn’t give them a dime and they still came in a month to do the work at the lower price.
The works that came were fast and efficient. They made a mess with the leaves on the ground. They left dirty hand prints on my white gutters and house. I asked the sales guy if he was coming to check the workers, he said no. I had the workers come back and pick up all the leaves and clean the dirty hands prints off the house.

Had an amazing experience with the entire team at the Leaf Filter Grimes office. My gutters have had plenty of issues and collect all shapes and sizes of debris (20+ trees on property) using store bought DIY grate solution.
Shawn from the Grimes office came to the house to inspect and educate me on how Leaf Filter will be the best solution. After solidifying our agreement he had a crew out to install the very next morning. The work was done thoroughly with attention to detail. I was appraised of any issues the installers saw and alerted me to a few non-related items that I was not aware of. They rebalanced all of my gutters and patched existing issues. I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire process!

I was told they would haul the gutter debris away, but they just threw it in the yard. I was told they would clean out the down spouts, but the first rain we had a lot of leaf debris wash out of our gutters. Not sure if they are cleaned out. I was told they would use ladder guards but they just laid a ladder against the gutter. I was told they would add more support and ensure the pitch of the gutter was correct. They did none of that. I was told they would caulk all corners and seams, but was told without watching them do each one, there was no way of knowing if they actually did it from a supervisor. When a supervisor showed up all he could comment on was well that is not how it is supposed to be done, but nothing else changed. I since have gotten 2 other quotes for lifetime gutter protection, both $2,000 less than leaf guard. I think I was sold a bag of goods. Talk the talk, but I didn't see them walk the walk. I am sure this review will never be shared, but at leasy I was offered the opportunity.

Terrible sales team, Scott came to give me a quote and wouldn't leave my house for over two hours. Charged over $8,700 for a two-story home, magically when I said no and cancelled the appointment I made so he would leave my house they were able to do it for $2,500! Scam of a company and targets woman. The installers Bobby and Tommy were great, that was the only good part of the experience.
