We contracted with Leaf filter. At the time we talked about modifying the downspouts and it was decided no modification would be done. However the downspout in the back of the house was changed and was directed to drain onto the middle of our patio and obstructing the cement where we would place our patio furniture in the spring. When we complained they said they would redo the configuration and it would cost $600.00. Happy Veterans Day to me and my veteran after having already spent over $6000.00!

Product is of poor quality and way to expensive. We had front side done because it was expensive. Thank goodness we only did one side.Attached picture shows the Leafilter gutters. The water cascaded like a waterfall. Numerous attempts to have them fix and they failed. Other portions were warping and the product wasn't even a year old. We were tired of them failing and excuses.

End result we ended up having another company install new gutters with a standard gutter cover and they work perfectly no leaks or spillovers.

The crew was very professional and installed the gutters in a timely manner very clean and prompt.

Good sales experience, good installation experience, gutter guards working as promised so far. I have pine/fir trees and needles have always clogged my gutters, requiring me to clean them monthly. The gutter guards haven't clogged and shed the needles nicely.

Fast efficient service. Great installers. Decent price for the quality. Super terrific financial terms...and it didn't hurt that I already had an ongoing relationship with Wells Fargo. Very happy and proud of the way the house looks.

The salesman was very knowledgeable about the product and process of installation. We knew what to expect and it was a smooth transaction. The LeafFilter has been a great addition to our home. Our gutters are plant and debris free for the first time in years and the water from all of the rain we've received is flowing quickly out of our downspouts. b

Salesman was professional and gave us a great deal! This product is something we truly needed otherwise our foundation was at risk. Now we have more time before any major structure changes. I truly believe this gutter guard product is the best in the field, kudos to the engineers!

Disappointing, Overpriced Service – Wouldn't Recommend

We recently hired LeafFilter North of Iowa to fix our gutters and install LeafFilter guards after being impressed by their sales pitch. The salesperson was friendly, but unfortunately, that was the best part of the experience.

The ad promised "up to 75% off," but we only got a 10% discount, then another 10%—which felt like a far cry from what we expected. The price, even with these "discounts," was extremely high, especially considering what we actually got.

The salesperson led us to believe that the job would take over a day and would involve a lot of labor. In reality, it was just one person who cleaned our gutters and installed the LeafFilter in about 4 hours. While the work was fine, it wasn’t anywhere near as intensive or time-consuming as we were led to believe. We also expected some actual repairs to our gutters, but none were made. It felt like the salesperson overstated the scope of work just to make the service sound more valuable.

To be honest, we could have gotten a similar product from a hardware store like Menards and hired someone to install it for a fraction of the cost. In the end, the entire experience was underwhelming, disappointing, and definitely not worth the price. We won't be using this company again and wouldn't recommend them to others.

You should know the truth before you buy!

The company helped sell us on them because they said they clean our downspouts during the install, and also claimed their product was maintenance free. Both have proven to be absolutely false. We installed this product five months ago on our home in IA. I just had a tech out for the third time this year for a clog in our downspot, and while here last time he removed debris off the leaf filter mesh that in his words "was sewn on like a sweater". Confirming they were not maintenance free and that if the salesman told us that upfront no one would buy.

My wife had a similar experience as I see Bob did. The salesman wouldn't leave, and when we said no, he dropped the price thousands!

Pictures showing debris stuck on filters that would need someone to remove manually (from their second visit) and proof of a clog from their third trip today, which should have been taken care of during the install.

We had an under the sink tankless reverse osmosis system put in last week. The whole process was very easy and smooth. Shawn was great to work with. He came out to give us a quote and explained everything to us very well. Once we decided to do it, it was scheduled for install 4 days later. The install was very professional, quick and very clean. We are now enjoying clean tasty water! I would highly recommend Leaf.

As always, an amazing job! We’ve gotten our sectional cleaned as well as our carpets! The dog smell from previous owners is completely gone!

Called for a last minute upholstery cleaning. They were able to get me in the next day, which was very convenient. Josh and Taylor did an outstanding job on our sectional. We were contemplating replacing it but after getting it cleaned, it looks brand new and we plan on getting many more years out of it. Thanks again for the wonderful customer service.
