Impressive new experience.
An EXCELLENT installation. AJ was here before his 8am appointment. He was respectful and answered questions all day for us. One day installation. He guessed he should be done around 4. He was finished and pickedup and cleaned up everything and paperwork completed checked out with his manager in his truck and gone at 4:45.

Levi was prompt 8:00 on time, ask/explained what he was to do, and went to work. He did not waste any time, did not take any breaks or talk to anyone, very quiet spoken, he just did his job. Very nice, personable, easy at carrying old stuff out and did not make a mess. He even put a cover on our toilet so not to get dusty. He was done at 5:00 and walked me through of what to use to clean and not to use for at least 48 hours. I would hire Levi in a minute no questions asked. He knew what he was doing and he did it well. A Big Thank you to Jon Dawson, Matt, Levi, my shower is AWESOME!! Thank you Levi!

Pretty amazing work. I was so excited from the first appointment, picking out everything I wanted and knowing I was in great hands. Tyson was great ! Paul M. my installer, words probably can’t explain how amazing he was. He kept us in the loop on everything he was doing. He even pointed out all the crazy stuff he found from the previous owners install. Just all around amazing.

Trey Rasmussen just finished transforming our kitchen. He did a fantastic job. He worked steadily and didn't take a break except for a few minutes for lunch. He was friendly and cleaned up after himself. I wholeheartedly recommend him. I am very happy with the result. Judy Pope Ames, Iowa 50014

He was professional, courteous, friendly and cleaned up perfectly. His work was meticulous and he kept me involved with the process and helped me make decisions on grab bar location and shelves.
We love our new shower and tub, the fixtures are gorgeous!

My husband and I both agree that mad City did exceptional job on Installing our new walk-in tub shower. We were told it would take 6-8 weeks for installation , however it was 4 weeks and we were not quite ready for the installation, they did work with us for another couple weeks. AJ Allen did great doing our installation. Yes , the price is pricey however, it is worth it as it includes labor installation, running new electrical and plumbing. Which we had to do on our own or contract out to another person to get it ready for them to install tub. Lifetime warranty is with all the installation besides the tub. Which is worth it! Everyone from sale person (Chris) to the installers were awesome!! Chris did awesome job in working with us in financing. Honestly, we have nothing to speak bad about our whole installation process!

Gorgeous Shower! Paul was very friendly and professional! Was on time and got done when he said! 10 out of 10 experience.

Installers Cole,Adam, and Rigo were very professional and complete the work on a timely manner. They showed up at the time we would told. Got to work right away, had window out and installed and cleaned up all within 2 hrs being that it was only between 15 and 20 degrees outside. Great job to the 3 of them. Highly recommend them. Will be using Mad City in the near future for more window replacement.

I would add a picture, but that's going to have to wait until the walls are finished, and everything is put back. On that note, Kyle and Joseph did one heck of a fantastic job. Very polite and professional boys. Very caring. Even when they accidentally let our Houdini cat out the back door. Lol they did try to find her for a while. I told them to ignore it. Goofy cat will return. And if you're reading this boys, you can breathe. Brianna finally came home when it got dark.
The boys were also a fairly quick and did a beautiful job on our little kitchen. Other renovation sites would not even touch us because apparently we weren't big enough for them. The nice thing about Mad City, is how they treated us, like our kitchen mattered, no matter the size. Thank you again boys. Greatly appreciated.

Javier Acuna and his crew were wonderful! All of my questions, concerns, or requests were answered, alleviated, and completed. The crew worked very quickly to get the old windows out and the new windows installed as they were working on our home after a 5” snowfall in quite cold temps. Our house stayed warm in spite of the big holes that were open for a bit. They were prompt both days in their arrival and got right to work. His crew were diligent about the work they were doing and didn’t leave for lunch until an appropriate stopping point. I was quite pleased with how conscientious each of them were about taking off and putting boots back on as they went in and out repeatedly both days. My house was not left with a mess. The windows were neatly trimmed, caulked, and finished, and then each one had the stickers removed for me and cleaned.
We are very pleased with the workmanship of the crew and the good communication we had with any questions.

Paul M was courteous and professional the entire workday. I was amazed at how efficiently he worked to get the project done in one day! There was certainly extra work to do installing a new shower over an existing concrete shower space. The new shower is beautiful. I'm very happy with it!

My installer Levi came and put in my gorgeous shower in 1 day. The before and after is amazing! He did such a great job. I couldnt believe my eyes! He walked me though everything. Couldn't ask for a more knowledgable or friendly guy. Had a wall built and everything. The shower is simply beautiful, its built to last. Not a cheap flimsy shower kit. The best part is you designed it yourself. Hey you may pay a little more, but its a the major part of the bathroom remodel. You totally updated and upgraded the value of your home.

Just had a bathtub to shower conversion and new window installation and I couldn’t be happier with it! It looks amazing! Truly! I can’t stop looking at it! The whole process was great, from the sales rep Wes to the installers Wyatt, Cole and James, they all did a top notch job!!! They all showed a level of care that really was genuine and very much appreciated !! I’m very happy I decided on MadcityI for the remodel! I would highly recommend them!

Paul M. Did a great job on our upstairs and downstairs bath/shower replacements. He was very friendly, honest, and fast-working. We would recommend his work to anyone.

My experience with Mad City was great from the initial consultation to the final installation. I had them do my windows a year ago and was very impressed with the company. I hired them to do a complete cabinet refacing job and was very pleased with the quality of their products and the large selection of materials they had available. Nate and Ross did my installation and were very professional and easy to work with. They caught that a couple doors were not right and let me know right away. They reordered the doors and had them within a week. I told them that the floors and countertops were being replaced the next week and asked if they would wait to install the trim until those jobs were complete. That was not an issue and they came back the following week and finished up the job. I would highly recommend this company for any of your remodeling projects. They do fantastic work, are professional and efficient and their customer service is excellent!!

Trey finished up our cabinets today. Looks fantastic! Finished product is of fine quality and having this done has brought new life to our kitchen.

True pleasure to deal with this company. Mark-(sales 5*) worked his tail off to get us a fast tub removal to walk-in shower before 91y.o. parent came home from hospital. We only had a 5 day window and they pulled it off!!! Wyatt Meyer- (installer 5*) is a master of the craft. Fast, clean, professional, and his attention to detail is second to none. Here a 8:30 gone by 6:00. It is hard to find a company that does exactly what and when they say. Mad City is the real deal. Thank You So Much and GOD BLESS ALL INVOLVED. Paul was absolutely fantastic! He installed our walk-in shower with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Despite living three hours away, he arrived on time and ready to work. When unexpected issues required adjustments to the original specs, he handled them with skill and efficiency, ensuring everything was rebuilt properly.

Although we had to wait and he had to return due to those changes, his work was absolutely worth it. The quality and care he put into the installation were unmatched. Mad City has been great to work with from the beginning to the end of the project. Josh and his crew of Josh and Juan showed up at 8am and removed, installed, insulated, and trimmed out 11 windows and cleaned up so you couldn’t tell they had been here, and were loaded up and heading out by 2:30! Everyone along the way has been so friendly and helpful. Give them a call, you’ll be glad you did!

I had a tough one, Nick and Wyatt were both great! Wyatt did my demo, all tile with concrete walls and cast iron tub(sorry Wyatt). I had an outlet in the wrong place so he made sure it was correct before he left. He kept me informed the whole day. Nick my installer made me a beautiful shower made sure I was ok with the placement of everything, mine was a two day install they both worked really hard all day were both very courteous, and cleaned up after they were done not a speck of dirt was left. I’m beyond pleased with my results! Both these guys did an amazing job! THANK YOU!
