Service was very professional and the finished installation looks very clean and smooth. Paul did a great job of installing the walk-in shower. Paul also was very efficient on his job because he did not stop for breaks or take time out for lunch. He also took the time to clean up after installation. Then he went over all the does and do nots with the new shower as for what to clean it with to protect the surface

EDIT to add: when we bought the windows, we specifically got the style we did because we have to use window AC units during the summer. The new windows work great but we have come to find that they don't open enough for us to put our AC units back in them. But after talking with the service manager, we were able to work out how to adjust the windows so we can open them further. I'll admit, we panicked a bit fearing we were stuck with windows that wouldn't work, but we are calm now and pleased there was a solution.

They were fast, efficient, polite, friendly, and clean. I was very pleased with the service! These weren't the cheapest windows we could get, but the quality and service is worth the cost. (We were able to finance.) Looking forward in the near future to get the rest of the windows done. Our sales guy was awesome. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was great. And our installation guys were amazing. I honestly have no complaints.

Had four new windows installed today. Will, the installer, was great. Except for the fact that we have four beautiful new windows you wouldn't know anyone had been here. He worked so efficiently. Our entire experience from start to finish has been awesome. Will definitely use Mad City again and will recommend to my friends.

Mad City Windows and bath's is the only company we will ever have do any kind of remodel or installation in our home. Kris and his partner were here on time and got right to work. His partner was a trainee but he was never slowed down by teaching him and they worked very well together. They were very courteous and respectful and just very pleasant to be around. We had 10 windows replaced and they had the job completed in one day! They did a great job and we love our new windows. We recommend Mad City to everyone. We also had a bathtub removed and a shower installed a couple of years ago and since we only have one bathroom in the house we needed it done in one day. They had the shower and the window that was in there done in one day!! Thank you Mad City for your excellent service and the great people that you have working for you!!

Mad City installed a new slider in my kitchen and it looks and works great. The entire experience with them was professional and exceeded my expectations. The warranty is well worth what may seem like a higher price.

We had an old shower and tub and we had them come out and install a walk-in shower. It is beautiful. Paul was a great installer. He got it done in one day topknot. Ignore the green tape. I am painting today and finishing up the bathroom.

We had three windows installed, two were replacements and one was new. We were very disappointed in the new window. It is over our kitchen sink. A normal contractor would have known how to center the window. Our installer did not go with the measurements and installed too high. The sad part is that we tried reaching out and no one called us back at Mad City. It took a survey question response to get their attention. And, now they say it is our responsibility. We paid too much for these windows and then for this company NOT to have the time to address our concerns is disappointing. Do NOT buy windows from this company. Hire your local contractor instead. I'm glad we didn't replace all of our windows!

We just got our window and patio door replaced by Cole and Adam! They were very professional and knocked the job out quick! We love our new window and door so much already!! Definitely recommend Madcity!

Very shawty work. We were told a seamless kitchen. There are numerous gaps and cracks. They came back to 'fix' but still not correct. The seams are so poor and very noticeable. Told the door by our dishwasher could not be corrected. We had to uninstall the door to wash dishes. Said only way to fix is to move dishwasher. Why would they measure to see the kitchen set up and not make corrections to be able to operate dishwasher correctly?

We called when the first installation was a bad result. They came back to 'fix', but the bad seams were made worse, also dishwasher issue not fixed.

They broke an heirloom during this time and did not let us know. Found out when cleaning up kitchen. This was heartbreaking as came from deceased grandparents and there were no issues when first installment and full kitchen being addressed. Why hide that you broke something?

We made an additional complaint and received a call and then sent pictures of issues. Followed up a couple of times and received a message that they would connect. Followed up again that would follow up with complaint to BBB. Received a voicemail and called back and then called back again. Still no response.

I feel like they sold us something that was not delivered on. We are so heartbroken due to how bad our kitchen looks now and what we have lost. This was not what we agreed to and I regret ever agreeing to this work.
I'm very disappointed with the response we are getting to fix, and I wish we could have them just undo what they did. However, we can't get back the heirloom that was broken.

Next steps is to file a small claim as we were not given what we agreed to.

Seriously, buyer beware and stay away. They promise, Midwest Wisconsin values, but this is not what happens.

We just recently had a walk in shower installed and it looks awesome! Our installer was great. He answered our questions, was very efficient, took care when going in and out, placed floor protection down, and at the end explained what we needed to do before using and the cleaning process. From our salesperson to our installer, we couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. Thank you so much Mad City!

Our installer Javier Acuna, was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all questions I had. His crew never stopped for break or anything. Old windows were out and new windows in FAST. Sealed inside and outside and cleaned all the mess up. VERY HAPPY with them and our huge bay windows look GREAT!!!
UPDATE! We liked our large bay window so much we de sided to have 4 more windows installed, all triple pane / double hung. "WILL" the installer showed up the day after Christmas. He was all alone as he had given his crew extra time off for the Holidays. (what a great boss). I thought "Oh boy this is going to be a 2 day install". I was WRONG, Will was VERY professional. Started shortly after 8:00AM and was done and gone by 4:00PM with removal, install and clean up. He never took a single break, I offered coffee, water, tea even a beer. LOL he refused them all, but thanked me anyway! I watched and he did an EXCELLENT job! He did things a bit different than the last crew, but it worked GREAT for him being only by himself. He checked all window frames for any damage. He made sure every window was square, worked perfectly, sealed everywhere! He started by laying down runners to walk on and even took off his shoes EVERY time he went in and out. He cleaned up inside and outside. He cleaned the windows and demonstrated every function of the windows. There were a lot of small pieces of trim that was cut outside, that I was expecting I would need to clean BUT after he left I went outside with a bucket and never found even one piece! "Will" was VERY good and I highly recommend him to anyone! LOVE our new windows, and THANK YOU, "Will"!!!!!!

Shout out to Mad city for giving us a great experience with our window install. They did not rush anything but also were very quick with what they do. Both days Joshua Rissman and his team came in they were here early and very helpful with any questions we had. Ben was very attentive as well and making sure the job was done well. Really had no issues and will be using again when we need the rest of our windows done. I really love the tint in the windows as well, it’s definitely a plus!

I tried to make coffee for them to keep them warm but my partner coffee maker is not working so I offered tea after everything is done but they asked me if ready to go and I say NO because I have no cup(ready to go). I really appreciate your work guys.
