I called and had a very nice young lady help me and said she would do her best to get some to help us the same day. A few hours received a call from Brad and Jordan to see if I was available in a half hour. They were very helpful and explained as they were diagnosing the problem. They were able to unclog and gave me a flash drive to show what the problem was. I highly recommend Smith and definitely Brad and Jordan. Thanks again guys.

TJ came out last night! Accidents happen I used to work in the business myself but TJ handled it good and does right by the customer! Good job TJ. (Small drain bath tub lav junction.) If I got back in the drain cleaning/plumbing business I would apply at Smiths!

Jeremy with Smith Sewers did a fantastic job. We had a ton of scale built up that wasn’t allowing proper water drainage and was able to diagnose the issue and fix it in a timely and efficient manner while explaining exactly what his process was!

My son referred me to Smith’s Sewer Service because he had a great experience with Austin in the past and lucky for me they sent the same guy to help me too. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and then cleaned after himself too. I hope I don’t have to use your service again but if I do you can bet I’ll be asking for Austin!

Aaron and Robin are probably some of the best professionals we’ve worked with on our plumbing and sewage issues in our home. They were booked out pretty far but they were able to schedule us in for a quick and effective job to get our mainline cleaned and cleared out. They even cleaned up after themselves and we were already expecting to do it ourselves. They are a great reflection of what hiring Smith’s will provide for you. Five stars!

I had a clogged pipe from the kitchen sink disposal that Cody diagnosed within 5 minutes and had it cleaned out immediately thereafter. It was really quite impressive how this problem went from a big nasty deal to GONE so quickly. Smith’s is now a contact in my phone should I have any other drain or sewer line issues!

I had an emergency with my sewer main being blocked on Saturday night. I woke up Sunday morning and called Smith's to come do an emergency clearing.

I had someone at my house within two hours of my call! Austin showed up and treated me better than I had been treated by any other company (old house, this happens about once a year). Austin said, "I don't do work in anyone's home that I wouldn't do in my own." He stayed to make sure everything was clear and good before he left and he even scrubbed the walls and floor near my drain where he worked.

When this happens again, I'll call Smith's and ask for Austin every time. I'm very thankful for his service so my house can be back to normal again!

I'll add that weekend rates are reasonable as well. They were very upfront about the extra charge for an emergency call out of regular business hours so there were no surprises when I was handed the bill. That alone is worth calling back for.

We have an old house and have issues from time to time with our drain clogging. We called 2 other companies, had 1 send a guy out for 4 hours and was not successful, tried to charge close to 1k and the other company never returned our calls or showed up. Someone suggested Smith's, so I called on day 5 of not using water in my house. Billy was on call and showed up within a few minutes, took less than an hour to clear that drain and fix the issue. We paid extra as it was outside of normal business hours which I agreed to upfront, but still great prices and excellent service. Will recommend and use Smith's from now on!

I cannot remember the name of the young man who came to my home tonight but he was great! Friendly, thorough, and professional! Would highly recommend Smith's. Even though we determined the original issue he was out for was not plumbing related he still looked at and cleared another drain I just mentioned was slow.
Now to find an HVAC company that is half as awesome as these people!

These guys answered the phone promptly on a chilly weekend during the worst cold snap. They swiftly diagnosed and resolved the septic issue, completing the repair the same day. Their exceptional employee customer service truly impressed me; it was top-notch.

My dad told me you guys were the ones to call, now you'll be my fist call. Super quick service! I had issues with my basement drains and sewer line, and they fixed my problems. I believe Jordan is the name of the gentleman I worked with. He is amazing, very understanding, and very diligent. I reached out to him a couple times and the next day he'd roll right in. Amazing service. Very personable employees. Thank you.

I had a mainline water blockage which made my only bathroom in my new to me home unusable. Home warranty company could not figure it out and said the line was clear. That could not have been farther from the truth.

I called smith sewer and was lucky enough to have Jordan come out on a Friday night around 7pm. He scoped the line, found an obvious obstruction. Come to find out, he was able to reel up a fully intact SQUIRREL from my line… he brought it up through multiple 90 degree turns. It was easy to tell that Jordan was great at his work!

Unfortunately for me, in the process of Jordan pulling the squirrel through the line, there was a section of pipe that was damaged. Luckily, it was usable for the night.

Day #2, Brad and Aaron stopped out to fix the damaged section of pipe. Again, phenomenal guys with a wealth of knowledge. My home has only a crawl space which I thought had no access. I searched tirelessly trying to find it as I used to do that kind of work. Aaron, just so happened to notice a gap in the floor which was so small and blended in so well and was able to find the access I was searching for. This made their jobs not only much more accessible, but to me as the customer, much more confident in the repair.

All of those guys deserve 10 stars. All great dudes and very knowledgeable with what they do. The photo attached, says it all. Great work fellas, I appreciate it!!

It's 11:47 PM on the one of the coldest nights in 2026 (-2 with a windchill of -15). I have a frozen outdoor pipe that is preventing my septic system from running..... I AM IN TROUBLE....I called Smith's, Brad and Aaron picked up the call and were able to come out and RESCUE me...at 11PM.. on a FRIDAY..... If you have plumbing problems or are looking for plumbing professionals for a project.. CALL THESE GUYS. Just stop searching now and call them. Brad and Aaron are extremely knowlegable, fast, thorough and friendly. Its not often you find a company that has folks of this caliber. Thanks guys! I hope I dont need your services ever again... but I know that IF I do, i'm in good hands.

Our clogged drainage pipe was fixed in 20 minutes! Price was reasonable, just a bit over $100. The woman who answered my call may have been having a bad day but the man who arrived was kind, professional, and quick. I'd recommend Smith's Sewer Service!

Smith Sewer Service was outstanding. I called after hours on a holiday, and they still had a technician at my home within 90 minutes. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. It was such a relief to have the problem handled so quickly. (One of which was missed 6 mos prior by another plumbing company ) Highly recommend their team for fast and reliable sewer service needs.

The young man who came out was very nice. It is a basement toilet and he had to carry equipment up and down stairs.The weather was very bad and they were down 2 technitions! He had to come at the end of the day and looked exhuasted, but did the job in a polite and friendly manner. I was thankful to have the job done. I hope he got overtime.

Tommy did an excellent job cleaning out my main drain. He was quick, efficient, very informative, on time and didn’t leave a mess. The best! Will request him the next time!
