I had Brian out to my home to do some routine maintenance on a fireplace as to our knowledge when we purchased the home it had never been done and the unit wasn't blowing as well as I assumed it would. Brian showed up on time with a 30 min call ahead, wore shoe covers in my home and set a drop cloth down in the area he was working in. The guy went above and beyond with the service and Kohles & Bach is lucky to have him. He stated he had been with the company for 26 years. You just don't see that this day in age anymore as people will jump ship over literally anything. Means you guys are taking care of what's most important. Was very happy with the service and will look forward to having him back in my home if needed in the future.

We have a gas fireplace, converted from wood burning, which Kohl's & Bach installed 7 years ago. It had stopped working, we learned today because of a burned thermocouple.
Although it took a long time (a month) to get the appointment, today went great. Brandon was on time, efficient and pleasant. The fireplace is working once again and we are happy!

Inspection and cleaning. But our glass was not fastened incorrectly.Thus we were getting air leaking. Phil was great! He explained things and showed us how to hook the glass in and how to maintain it. He was able to tell us when the fireplace was installed and warranties that were still in effect. Thank you so much Phil!

The communication was great - They called & gave me a heads up before the technician arrived, & I got a text, letting me know who the technician was with a photo.
The technician was kind & professional, respectful of our property, helpful, & informative when I had questions. He found gas leaks in the fireplace, which we wouldn’t have known about otherwise, fixed them, & cleaned the fireplace, all within 1.5 hrs.

We had a great technician, Phillip, who did basic maintenance, cleaning, and testing of our gas fireplace. Some issues were found and he fixed all. He also gave us good advice on safety and maintenance. We are very happy with Kohls and Bach, and Phillip.

I recently had my water heater replaced by this company and the entire process was seamless. Right from the initial inquiry, the owner was incredibly communicative, walking me through the options and providing a detailed, accurate quote with no surprises.

The installation was handled by Nick and Chad, who were the epitome of professional. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the workspace clean. Their work was top-notch, and they made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. It's rare to find a company with such great communication and skilled technicians. Highly recommended!

VERY good customer service! Installers JEREMY and SAM were really great to work with. They were personable and answered all of our questions. The tear out and installation was excellent. They were very respectful of our home and left it in immaculate condition.

Warranty work on electric fireplace, it starts with the lady who I spoke to originally that scheduled the appointment. I don't remember her name but she's the one that takes the calls at your place was extremely helpful as very good customer service skills that you don't see nowadays. The technician that came out and did the work was quick. Fast knew exactly what was going on was very polite. Very professional outstanding you guys

Brandon is very knowledgeable and explained the issue and resolution very clearly. Nice of him to explain various options and their pros & cons.
Even the Service desk ( dont know the name) was really helpful and let me first in line after I explained the issue. And I was informed when Brandon started and when he arrived!
I had similar experience with one of your technicians in the past. This is a great company to work with, very honest and transparent.

Fantastic!!! Cannot say enough great things about Garrette & the whole process from making the appt, customer service, until it was fixed, cleaned & looks like a new fireplace! Was low in price compared to my neighbors who have had the same service! It was worth the wait re: the appt date!

Philip was phenomenal! We moved into a home that hadn’t cared for their gas fireplace in probably a decade at least. It wouldn’t turn on and the glass was incredibly foggy. Philip had his work cut out for him, but made the fireplace functional again and cleaned the glass so it was spotless! He was quick, efficient, and so pleasant.
