These people are the best! Know their stuff and always professional and get the job done leave The job site clean and neat have them back every year. I have two Gas fireplaces they run perfect highly recommend!

FYI - they charge $65 just to drive out to your home for your scheduled appt and then about $35 for a diagnostic service assuming it takes 15 min or less to diagnose the problem. If it takes longer than 15 min then it will be more money. Then you will be charged for labor and parts. If they need to order a part for you, then you will pay another $65 for them to drive out to your home once the part arrives. Should they be expected to carry parts for all models and all brands? Absolutely not! However, to penalize the customer with another $65 is greed.

Fireplace repair:
Phillip was a polite and kind man with a smile like sunshine. He is a knowledgeable technician that shared future maintenance schedule, the feasible longevity of the fireplace, and answered all of my questions about operation, heat distribution, bird access, etc. The fireplace area looked better after he left than when he got there. This company gets 5 stars for Phillip, an outstanding technician and for their automated customer service text bot. Kohles and Bach is going in my contact list.

A GREAT job by Phil. Professional, courteous and all around well spoken man. Took the time to explain each step he was doing. Cleaned up afterwards and just took care of everything. More than impressed with his work ethic

The tech was very good, knew what he was doing, answered all questions & was professional, polite & courteous. He was personable & friendly & made sure the area was clean when he finished. He should probably get a raise in pay....

We had to call Thanksgiving evening as our furnace wasn't working. Garrette came out; he was very professional, personable and he thoroughly explained the issue as he made repairs. I was very impressed! I give Kohles & Bach my highest recommendation.

AJ is awesome. He had our fireplace disassembled and the problem diagnosed in an amazingly short amount of time, and he explained it very clearly. We followed his instructions and had the fireplace back to normal function the same day. Thanks, AJ!

Our HVAC system is over 16 years old. We have had 4 companies take care of the system over the years with mixed results. Kohles and Bach was the first company that showed they completely understand how this old Geo-thermal system is designed. I will always use them for my future needs. A company is only as good as their employees. Phil is a very quality guy and he knows his job very well. Very good and thorough technician. He puts the customer first sharing his knowledge and experience. He Adds a very personal note and relates well with people.

Had them come out this weekend for a service call as our heat was not working. Said they needed to order a part and it would be $1,000 to fix. Not only was the service tech rude but he lied. Had someone else come and look at it and he was in and out under 30 mins and it was fixed!! Clearly just trying to rip people off. If the tech had done his job, I wouldn’t have had to pay another tech. Talk about a scam and really trying to get into peoples pockets for extra money during the coldest time of the season. Would never recommend and will never have back.

Very good comms before the appointment. Tech was pleasant and took a look at our fireplace that also needed work. Got the part we needed ordered quickly. Very happy customer for a long time now.

After calling your office shortly after opening, I was Brandon.s first appointment. He quickly used his test equipment to diagnose the problem with my furnace. He removed the flame sensor and cleaned it with no replacement parts needed, and reminded me that this item needed regular maintenance. He was very competent and professional at his job.

Philip, arrived on time and did a great job of servicing our gas fireplace for the winter. Service was fast, friendly and affordable. Philip also noticed some previously unknown corrosion in the fire box and explained how to prevent it in the future.
I will definitely use Philip and this company again

Needed service on a gas fireplace that was not lighting the main burners. Scheduled an appointment that was within a week of the call. Tech (Philip V.) diagnosed, repaired, and cleaned the unit within an hour. Very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful.

Brandon was great. Just annual furnace check & cleaning this time. He has been here previous years & does a good job. Always asks if there is anything else & he answers my random questions. Highly recommended.

Brian and Brandon serviced our fireplace today. Needed a tune up, cleaning, and pilot light checked. They found an extensive nest in our vent box and took care of it. Thankful they did before we had a serious or dangerous issue.
Both of them were courteous, professional, and friendly.
