Air Support is by far one of the better companies I have used for the heating and air conditioning industry. Their prices are very fair and the owner and operator does great job helping you to find the most logical solution to your heating and air conditioning issues. I have used Andrew for multiple air conditioning and heating projects on my home. He is one of the most knowledgable and straightforward individuals to work with. I cannot speak higher of him and the level of service he has provided.

Unfortunately my water heater and furnace/AC fan were destroyed by flood water this summer. I know Andrew was busy because so many people were affected, but regardless, I had a new water heater and furnace a week later. He spent time explaining the problem and my replacement options when he came out to give an estimate. (He even ignored my barking lunatic dogs during installation.)
A month later I had a problem with some water leaking from the water heater. Even though it was 10 PM, he responded to my messages and walked me through what to do. Came out at the end of his day the following day and replaced the defective part. Informative and responsive, both of which I consider strong points as far as customer service goes. Hopefully I dont need his company's services for a long time, but when I do, I will call Andrew at Air Support Inc again!

Andrew at Air Support exceeded all expectation. He took the time to answer and explain, in detail, all aspects of the process and questions about the equipment. I probably took more of his time when he came out for an estimate than I should have but when he left I had clear understanding of the furnace and air conditioner I wanted to install

Knowledgeable and experienced. Andrew is honest and gives you pointers on how to maintenance your air conditioner to keep it running so that you never have to call an air conditioner repair man again. My wifi thermostat quit working and the replacement would have been $600. But he gave me another more affordable option of a basic thermostat at $149 that I was happy with.

This Is the best company to call for any furnace solutions! Hands down! We live out about an hour and a half away from Johnson and they were able to sympathize and understand my situation. Andrew is absolutely the best! 3 1/2 years ago after the 10 inches of rain in 2 hours, I called Andrew to help with our AC unit, which was needing to be raised up off the ground. He was prompt, informative, and did just what we (he and I) decided we needed at the time. This past summer, our AC was not cooling properly, called him, he was prompt in his arrival, we discussed again what was the best option for us, and again, he corrected our issue for the lowest possible cost and best outcome. Today, in the middle of winter, our whole home humidifier was not working properly. I called Andrew, he immediately answered the call, and we discussed what probably was the issue. He informed me what I could try and do to remedy the issue, and Voila!!, it was a simple fix that he explained how to do. He certainly could have scheduled a visit, but no, he said try this, I did, and it worked! No doubt I will continue to utilize Andrew at Air Support for any future HVAC issues, and will continue to refer him to family and friends that need the same. Andrew is committed to helping you in the best possible way, for the best value you can get. I am a firm believer you get what you pay for, and Andrew is worth every dollar I have paid him over the years, (and not paid when he is able to talk/walk you through something you can do for yourself)! I went into google and search for heating and cooling system, when I saw the Air Support heating and air conditioning got 5 stars and it caught my attention! I read people comments. I was completely satisfied! I called Andrew first thing. I was highly impressed with his work. In the fall, I'm going to hire him to check my furnace and my air conditioner in spring. Had an air flow issue in the condo we bought. Andrew came to diagnose the issue. Was professional, on time, and explained everything. We had other AC specialist come to a look before who would have charged triple what Air Support charged and they didn't seem to care. Andrew fixed what was there instead of replacing saving much time and money. Any future issues Andrew will be the only one I will trust.

Our heating unit stopped working on the coldest day (-30 wind chill) and we woke up with a burnt rubber smell. We called Air Support and talked to Andrew around 7 am and he was at our place by 9 and done with the repair by 11. This includes the time spent on diagnostics and buying a motor (burnt motor was the culprit).
Andrew was very professional, knowledgeable and even took the time to explain things. I would definitely recommend their services. They will not overcharge you and you can be rest assured that you will receive quality service.

Andrew answered my call after hours and was at my home diagnosing the AC issue (condenser and fan not running) within an hour. He replaced the capacitor and had our AC running in short order and for a reasonable price. We were billed for a diagnostic fee, one hour of labor, and the part (capacitor). While he had a fan motor available, he explained we did not need to replace it. My family was able to sleep well on a hot, humid night! I will definitely call Andrew for future HVAC needs.

I’ve seen many ac/Heat companies in my past. But Andrew’s knowledge, professionalism, honesty, integrity really impressed me! Attributes you don’t always see when you have a mechanical breakdown, and use those bigger companies that seems you never see the same technician twice!
I will be using Andrew’s company for future heat/cooling issues! Oh as for that price thing, will I’m writing this review and giving him 5 stars!! That’s how I feel about them!

Our 25+yr a/c unit finally gave out this spring. After getting several estimates, I decided to go with Andrew and his HVAC company Air Support. He recommended a Trane heat pump and furnace system suited to our home and needs with consideration to sound, performance, reliability, energy efficiency, and cost. I appreciate the expert installation and how streamlined the utility area looks. It’s been about six months and we’ve been happy so far. I’m looking forward to seeing how it performs this winter. Andrew is honest and dependable. He takes a lot of pride in his work and in sharing his knowledge. I’m glad to support this local independent business.

We had gotten 3-4 quotes for a new HVAC put in our house. Our furnace was short cycling Andrew was the only one who offered a heat pump option.

After much consideration we decided to replace the furnace only. I believe he gave us the best options at the best prices he could allow and still remain in business.
Andrew was patient, explained everything in easy to understand detail. He was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. There was absolutely no pressure to buy from him over someone else.

Andrew and his assistant installed our furnace and left absolutely no mess. Andrew came back the next day to put finishing touches on the furnace himself. There are no unsightly marks or taping/sealing places.

I have been using Andrew Vanfleet as my heating and air professional for many years. Recently my 15 year old Carrier got a leak and after many hours of discussion we decided to upgrade to a more efficient system. Andrew took the time to walk through the options and show the difference between one system and another. As of today we now have a brand new 17 SEAR AC and Heater from TRANE and we could not be happier. We had over 9 different quotes from different companies and although other companies had some less expensive systems, my own research and with the help of Andrews many years of experience we opted for a system that would last and was made of quality parts from hear in the US. Andrew also replaced our 32 year old Water heater at the same time. While performing all these tasks he took his time to make the closet more functional by moving the water pipes and gas lines to make it look nicer. I have posted a picture to show the awesome work he did. Cannot speak higher of him as a professional.
