Super fast assistance! Also, quality humans. As a female I would truly have no idea if they were being honest or just wanted my money. They 100% had the opportunity to sell me an expensive solution I did not need. Instead they came back and tried a different solution for a small fee compared to what I thought we would have to do. Very honest business with trustworthy & kind humans doing their work!

Bode was very thorough and helpful in diagnosing the problems with my old furnace. Late night call, dark and very cold, he took his time, and helped me figure out a plan—

Then I was left completely in the dark for almost two weeks, no update, no call. I had to ask for a refund for a manager to call me.

I’m getting the refund— also I had someone come out to check my furnace and the first kid was completely wrong. It was a sensor and the guy fixed it for free. Schall was about to charge me $1300.

Mack, was the technician sent to my home to investigate an anomaly with my AC. He was very polite and professional. His attention to detail, and knowledge were impressive. Mack answered numerous questions I had with patience. His knowledge and professionalism are uncommon in a world where “just get in and out quickly” are the norm. Mack helped me to understand my system better and his professionalism and knowledge led me to trust that this company would care for this important system in my home to the utmost. I signed up for a maintenance agreement and feel confident that I will not be disappointed. Thank you, Mack, for caring.

I've been in this line of work long enough to know when a job's done right, and this one was mostly on point. The HVAC technician knew his stuff and got everything up and running without issue. That said, the foam placement could’ve used a little more attention. It’s functional, sure, but I’ve seen better work when it comes to making sure that stuff sticks and holds up over time. It’s not a deal-breaker, but if I’m being honest, the integrity of the foam could’ve been handled a little more carefully. Overall, a solid job, but there’s room for improvement in the details

My wife and I can't thank Gershom and Tristan enough for the work that they did with our sewer/drain line. We had our sewer/drain line outside of the house that was completely clogged/broken in our front lawn and was coming up in the basement of the house and needed it all to be replaced to get our home back to normal. They both took the time to consider our property, lawn, and house to make sure in the end it was the best attack plan for completing the project.

During the digging process the waterline was absolutely incorrectly marked several feet by the other entities, which lead to a water line break they couldn't expect in the process of digging it up. It lead to many subsequent things that went on out of their control and stressed us out. Gershom handled all of it professionally and did great job at problem-solving all the situations, fixing them in the house and making sure we were satisfied. We had clean running water before they had to leave for the day and all of the sewer line hooked up. The next day I though I lawn would still be a disaster after they got done but Tristan did a great job of filling in the hole and spreading out the residual dirt on the grass, and cleaning up. I really feel way better about reseeding and getting our lawn back to normal after this whole situation.

Highly recommend these guys. Furnace TOK'd itself on the coldest day of the year and I was in a panic with kids at home. Everything from the phone call the scheduling to the tech was a wonderful and kind experience. No I dont wanna replace the stupid thing but they certainly made me feel as good as I could about it.

It was a long wait. Weather was an issue. We were without heat intermittently. So it wasn’t an emergency. Tech was excellent. However I wish he would have left me with two options
Repair. And replace. Maybe Chad can do that at our meeting this morning.

Andrew was on point from the moment he walked in the door. He explained all his checks/processes well. I had a concern about a ground-fault outlet in our master bathroom. He was able troubleshoot it and fixed the issue of it tripping. He was very personable and engaging the entire time. He explained all recommended repairs related to new electrical code. I will definitely request him in the future.

Matthias and his co worker were great! They replaced the heating and AC unit as well as the water heater at my Dads condo. They arrived promptly, were very respectful of my Dads home, and worked quickly. They walked both my Dad and I through all the changes and cleaned up everything nicely, would never have known they were there. Would always recommend Schaal.

Michael was great! When he came to clean and inspect our furnace he did make a small blunder but when he came to install our UV lights he was able to fix it no problem took his time and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Had a wonderful attitude, very nice, and very knowledgeable! 10/10

The Schaal Plumping did an excellent work. Especially Contractor Rachel was fabulous and perfect and clean in her work! She will go far in her talent. She has a personality and caring about her and the work she doing for the customer. I was overwhelmed with the whole project but she assured me she will get it right and she did it perfect!

Our furnace went out right before the negative temps hit. Mack Smith with Schaal was awesome. Very quick, honest, and respectful. When the part that was needed was not available, they even offered to use a part from their teaching unit (as it was the same as ours) until our new part was available!

Schaal plumbing heating and cooling is my go to whenever I have a problem because of excellent technicians like Dakota Schrock. After I told him what was going on he got right to work checking everything. He explained what needed done gave me different options and then got to work. He was very efficient at his job and had my heater up and running. Schaal has a lifetime customer do to their pricing and excellent technicians. Thank you Schaal and Dakota.

Water heater was leaking. I called Schaal on a Monday, got it diagnosed and replaced by Tuesday afternoon. Very fast and efficient, Scott A did a great job and appreciated his great work!

Over the past year, I have had a lot of work completed by Schall. All employees I have interacted with have been fantastic, polite and have explained the process/repairs in a way I understand.

Not all my jobs were as simple as they seemed, but Schall made efforts to go above and beyond for my situations. They have very knowledgeable employees and are willing to do what they can for the customer. 100% recommend Schall as your go to for all house needs.

It started as a simple shower valve replacement for Wyatt, who did a great job in explaining his initial cartridge replacement concept, as well as explaining what would be needed if the simple repair didn’t work. The work was initiated and almost completed when a screw was broken off in the facet body. Wyatt explained that it was his error and the Schaal company would replace the entire facet system, with a better brand, requiring access through a closet wall. The only charge we incurred was the trip charge. They have done great work for us before and we will call them again with any issues we may have. Honest and Trustworthy! Ron and Mary Hammond

Tyler Mallory recently stopped by for an electric inspection. What a wonderful professional young man. Made our day by fixing a light fixture in our pantry that had been out for months, wasn't something I expected with the inspection. He's welcome back anytime.

I had never used Schaal before this week. I had 3 of their electricians at my house this week. It was a great experience with each of them. Very professional in their conduct and personable. We had our old 100 amp breaker box updated to 200 amp, new outside meter box , disconnect switch and mast. Overall the quality of their work was great! They cleaned up everything when done and made sure that I was satisfied with the work. I would recommend Schaal to my friends and family for any repairs or updating .
