Mike Schiltz is the shitz. Usually have the stuff I need however there have been times when they were out of things.

Parts counter was rude and didn’t want to help find a part on a unit I was looking for even though they’re the distributor for this company. I will not be using their services unless there is no other option.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. Husband and I went to Plumb Supply knowing they only sold to contractors. We were only interested in viewing different tub fillers and learning about them. Associate, I won’t post her name, had absolutely no interest in helping us. Just kept saying they only work with contractors. I kept asking questions about the different models and have NEVER been talked to so rudely or snotty. I finally turned to my husband and said let’s get the “f” out of here. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USE PLUMB SUPPLY IN WAUKEE.

I ordered two Kohler toilets here through my plumbing company, was told they would arrive in 3 to 4 weeks. It is now going on 10 weeks, with no toilets. They are not all that special, just bone color instead of white. Had I known it would take forever, I would not have ordered them here. Beware.

I would not recommend working with Katie. Other people i know have had a good experience with other staff, but we ended up getting stuck with her. During our house build, she did not place our order in a timely fashion and had to be reminded to do so. She messed up our order multiple times. In the end we are still missing items she claimed to have ordered. Poor follow through and follow up. If you go to Plumb Supply request someone else so you don't have this disappointing experience.

We completed a remodel in 2019. Plumb Supply is always helpful with warranties and customer service information. They are friendly, professional, and prompt ... a great place to do business.

Plumb Supply Company (Waukee) was super helpful! They have a text option where you can send pictures and ask questions! They got back to me right away and told me they had the specific parts I needed! Great customer service!! I will be back! Eric Clark helped me!

Walked into the showroom today (which is amazing). Looking for a simple grab bar to install in my mother’s place. Armed with just a picture so I could match it to her existing. Showed the guys at the counter what I had and the size I was looking for. With just a quick glance he knew the model that is already installed in her place.

In less than 5 minutes I was out of there with the perfect match at a great price.

I could have spent countless time trying to find something close at a big box store.

Great service on the phone and in person from Eric. He succeeded in helping me get the parts I needed when another told me I was out of luck. Above and beyond.

We have had nothing but problems with the Delta bathroom faucets over the last 4 years. Issues started in under a year. The internal mechanisms in all 4 bathroom faucet handle sets have had to be replaced numerous times. They continue to leak around the faucet handles and under some of the sinks. The finish is coming off and they look tacky. Very poor quality product. I'm very disappointed and frustrated with having to deal with all of these issues with new fixtures.

Every once in a while, you run into somebody that completely understands and gives exceptional customer service. My experience today with Erik in the parts department was unbelievable. I misplaced a part from a product I purchased and found out it was gonna be expensive to buy, time consuming and pay an exorbitant amount for shipping. Eric went the extra mile and found one that had been discarded that fit perfectly.
