Reviews of local pros in Waukee, Iowa

He came after hours in a snow storm. If I could rate him 16 stars, I would.

mark is a great plumber he can fix my pipes anytime.

Mark doesn’t answer his phone or return voice mails. Guess we’ll never know what quality of work he is capable of.

Mark did a great job and had a reasonable rate. Thanks!

Have used him multiple times and had to have him out again today to clear my backed up drain in the basement. Very easy to deal with and you can't beat his pricing!

Had a stubborn clog in the shower drain but Mark's persistence came through. Great experience would call again and a fair price too.

GREAT JOB !!!

Mark is a gem! The other reviewers could not have said it better!! Courteous polite and knows his stuff I will call Mark from now on thank you Mark you rock!

Caused more problems than what he fixed. Mentioned plumber for 25 years and surprised he had never worked on a water heater before. Kept asking what I wanted to do to repair it. I'm not the expert. The leak he came to fix ended up leaking more than before he touched it!!

Garbage disposal started dumping water into the sink cabinet on a Saturday, Mark was out within two hours and fixed things quickly. Very reasonable rates.

Mark was able to come out same day and was able to to fix our leak in no time! Excellent service and cannot recommend enough!

Mark was at least half the cost of other plumbers and was easy to communicate with.

Mark solved our problem very quickly and with a reasonable price. We will be calling him again next time we have an issue.

Mark did a great job. He succeeded when two other plumbers wouldn't even try to do my repair. I highly recommend Mark.

Mark did a great job fixing my kitchen sink drain and clearing the blocked drain pipe. I recommend Mark's Drain and Plumbing Repair. Thanks Mark!

Great service! I texted him and he was able to come out the same day and cleared out my clogged drain pipe very quickly and he has reasonable pricing. 👍

All I can saw is he is awesome... my daughters tub and sink were backed up..we had one plumber come out and charged 200 dollars to tell her it was her pipes. Mark came out, went into the crawl space and fixed the problem.. reasonable prices.. Please call him first..

I have used Mark for 5 years now and his pricing can't be beat. He is solution focused and knows his business. He is self employed and goes through and explains what the problem was for all your plumbing needs.

Mark is a really good guy and is quick and efficient. I've used him for two issues to fix some pipes and clean out a drain. Will continue to use and recommend.

Mark replaced a water heater for me. He did a great job, offered very reasonable pricing, and was very pleasant! Would definitely use Mark again!

We called Mark based on these ratings we saw on google. As small business owners we were looking to find a reliable plumber to have a working relationship with. We asked Mark to fix a very basic toilet issue we were having. He said no problem. Not only did he not fix the problem, he broke the toilet, flooded our bathroom and never returned any phone calls. We sent him a video, texted him and called him with no response. We are missing pieces to the toilet, and had to call someone else to come fix the original problem and the other problems he caused. I would 100% never recommend him to do any work.
