Service technician arrived at their scheduled time. He introduced himself and got right to work, checking our furnace. Before he left, he asked if we had any other questions or concerns.

Freddie was the HVAC Tech. He is very personable, knowledgeable, answered my questions, ensured me my system was in good working order. I would like him assigned to my account for the future!

Alec was punctual, kind, and efficient with his servicing of our central air unit. Lenz goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!!!!

Lenz Heating and Cooling installed a new air conditioning and heating system during COVID. Two months ago, the A/C stopped cooling. It lost its freon. They put the freon back in. A couple of days ago, it stopped cooling again. It lost its freon. Today, they put the freon back in so that we had cooling again. Thank you, Lenz. The technician explained that during COVID, some manufactured A/C systems received defective components. He suspected ours was defective. Lenz scheduled a warranty-covered replacement of the defective part - no small deal - in two days. In short, they took care of our immediate needs - cooling and will take care of our long-term needs - a reliable air conditioner. I recommend Lenz.

Michael was a wonderful technician who was courteous, great communicator,respectful of my property, and a work ethic not to give up even though the task was very difficult. He wanted it done correctly for the customer and Lenz Heating & Cooling. A wonderful staff member for your company and a loyal employee.

The technician was Knowledgeable and spent quite a bit of time downstairs on checking over my furnace before winter. The price was amazing and they will come back in the spring and do the air conditioner check

The technician, Puia, was on time and he was quick to put on his shoe covers and get to work. He showed me some changes I should make for better efficiency and running of my AC/furnace and answered any questions that I had. I promptly received a receipt, which I appreciate. The service check special is awesome!

As always, our tech did a wonderful job. Puia was thorough and efficient. He quickly got to work fine tuning the changes we requested to tweak our new furnace fan and went above and beyond to test our entire system making sure all the pressures were correct. From the start, our service was scheduled politely with ease. Our service call was even moved up when as early opening became available!

We just had our fall furnace check up with service tech Alec, he did a great job testing and found a potentially corrosive part that could have allowed CO2 to escape. His testing discovered the furnace had to be replaced, so he potentially saved our lives, and we are getting a new furnace next week, and since it was under warranty, it will be at no cost. Very friendly and knows what he's doing. Thanks Alec!

Michael was a delightful young man. He was conversational and very pleasant. He certainly appeared to know what he was doing and explained a couple of things to me’ he cleaned everything and finished his job. He can come back to my home anytime. You are lucky to have him as an employee.
