These men do an exceptional job. very professional. They arrived on time and did a very good job installing everything they cleaned up the mess that was made and did the work faster than most other contractors. thanks for the super job. we will be using Dorian again.

Just had Tyson out from Dorrian Heating and Cooling and he was the nicest guy! Very friendly and incredibly helpful. He pointed out a feature of our system I never knew we had and showed me how to use it. I am so grateful. We’ve always had such great luck with Dorian and their folks, thanks Tyson!

Jeremy Whitt did a great job for us today. He helped re-program our zone control board to more effectively call for stage 2 and 3 heating when needed and also changed out the canister in our steam humidifier. It is great to have the Geo System heating again like it should and the humidifier operating again. Jeremy was great to work with. I appreciated how well and patiently he explained what he was doing as it is great to have a better understanding of how the thermostats, zone board and Geo System are all set up to work together. We are glad Jeremy was sent out to help us today. He has a lot of experience and knowledge - and likes to keep learning as well.

Doririan is the best! When our furnace died thirteen years ago, they quickly had a new one for us and installed. Took a little bit to work to make it fit the space, and they were so wonderful. When it went out this weekend, Dan was here quickly and identified the issue. Ordered the part on Monday that was needed and Grant installed it two days later. Great job and we will always trust Dorrian for
our HVAC needs.

Switched the furnace on to heat with no success. Immediately called Dorrian and within a few hours everything is back up and running. Our technician, Grant, was fantastic and the level of care from their office was equally great. Fantastic customer service!

Tyson was great! Arrived early and got right to work. We had a water boiler maintenance kit installed and 2 steam humidifier cartridges replaced. When finished he inspected our other pad humidifier and 2 fireplaces as a courtesy. Very thorough.

Diego repaired the cooling unit in my wine cellar. He took the time to understand the problem and contacted the manufacturer for information. He did an excellent job.

Diego Arellano from Dorrian HVAC did a job today fixing the capacitor on our pool heat pump. terrific job of explaining what the problem was and what the fix was. We’re back in business so we can enjoy the pool the rest of the summer!

Quoted $1300 to replace a $60 part. Originally said the part was $800 and the rest was labor. When I called him out on it, he tried to backtrack and say the $800 included some labor but he couldn’t tell me exactly how much the part would cost. I get that they are in business to make money and deserve to get paid. But that mark up is shameful. I will install the part myself, 4 bolts, 3 wire connections, and a trip to the parts store. And never call this business again - noted. And to add insult, the technician tried to give me a lecture on costs of home ownership. It’s not that we cannot afford the repair. We choose not to be taken advantage of.

Called for a quote from someone I trusted, he came up from my basement with concerns. I asked how soon they could put in a unit. 5 days later my new unit was installed and going.

The workers were amazing. They did a really good job. They went over the work plan with us. The plan needed modified for a better performance to make everything work better. I have an in home child care and they worked in a way that did not interrupt my daily activities We are so happy with the way it turned out. I would definitely use them again.
