We decided to remodel our bathroom and we like to try to do everything ourself, however it doesn't always work out as planned. While my husband was trying to change out our old faucet with a new one, he busted a pipe, resulting in water spraying everywhere and pouring into our basement. We called Mark at 3 in the afternoon on a Saturday and he was at our house within a couple of hours. He was very friendly and did a great job fixing our little mishap. He offers EXTREMELY reasonable rates and finishes the job quickly and efficiently. If we ever have another plumbing issue, we definitely will be calling Mark again!

I live in Waukee, I'm not a friend of Mark's nor a robot; just a regular guy. (If you're like me, you assume 99% of reviews are BS.) Seeing the stellar reviews, I was skeptical. But I had a plugged kitchen sink. I could only run the water for a matter of seconds before it would be already backed up in the sink.
I called Mark, he returned my initial call in (not an exaggeration) under 1 minute. I told him my problem, and he said he would be out within a few hours (I was hoping I'd be able to get help this week- a few hours? AWESOME!) I told him where I was located, and he said "I just finished a job right by there, I'll be there in 20 minutes." 15 minutes later, Mark pulled up and got right to work. He was pleasant, quick, and did the job right. My sink works great now and I no longer have a mountain of dishes making my kitchen disgusting. Thanks Mark for being awesome!

I had a clogged drain that we were unable to take care of on our own. On the recommendation of a friend, I called Mark. He was very courteous and professional, he even wore his mask! Mark was able to take care of the problem and I was surprised how reasonable the price was! I would definitely use his services again and recommend him!

Mark went above and beyond to help us with a pipe leak on a Sunday evening. What was supposed to be a simple faucet install, turned into a nightmare. Came home to a crack in a pipe in my garage. Called Mark and he was at my house by 7 pm, got a temporary fix done by 8 pm, then came back the next day to finish the job. Was very impressed with his work and even more so with the price. Take my advice, hire this guy, he will get the job done right.

Greatest plumber ever. Had a clogged toilet that I couldn't handle myself with a plunger or a snake. Mark came out same day (on a Saturday night) and got it all fixed up. His pricing was great and he accepts Venmo. Would recommend to anyone!
