I just had the invisible fence installed about 3 weeks ago and it's working great! I've been very happy with the customer service received and with how knowledgeable all of the trainers have been. They really make sure that you select the right option for you and that you understand how everything works. Everyone has been extremely friendly to me and my dog....you couldn't ask for a better group of people to assist you through this process. Thanks so much for giving my dog the freedom he deserves!!

Our installer Chris was amazing and the service was AWESOME! Way more than expected and went above and beyond with my fur kids! I was blessed by winning the invisible fence in a contest but would have gladly paid for it! First Class treatment!

Travis was our technician! He was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed our three breaks (made and repaired horribly by MediaCom) and replace my 12 year old board with a more up to date board. I didn’t know I needed it. He also gave us advice to have MediaCom pay for the repair. Thanks, it works great now!!!

The dog fence was installed 13 years ago. My family has been extremely happy with the results and the security it provides for our dogs. I needed the line to be marked for utility work in the area. Travis responded promptly. He was polite, explained what he was doing, completed the task as requested and was very respectful. I would recommend their services to anyone with dogs that would like an invisible fence.

We are so happy we finally went with invisible fence! Tony made the process so easy; answered all of our questions and took the time to understand the issues we were having with our dog. They truly care about your pets well being and are very knowledgeable!

Travis went above and beyond fixing our fence today in less than ideal circumstances. We weren’t sure where it was broken and he found several breaks in the line and put a lot of effort into making sure it worked the correct way. He was kind, professional, and definitely a fantastic problem-solver. We really appreciated his effort to keep our pups safe and inside their barrier.

The process was so quick and easy. Tony provided the estimate and answered all of my questions. Austin did the install and started the training process. I can't say enough good things about both of them. Would definitely recommend!

I talked to Keri at the office to get info on doing the fence for our little dog. She gave great info so we decided to move forward. Our installer was Christopher. He was great too! He worked really hard to install our fence and it was really hot outside. It took several hours because of the large area. He showed us how to use it and how to start training the dog. He was very friendly. I give Keri and Christopher 5 stars! We are very happy with our invisible fence and our entire experience!

Christopher arrived promptly and was very professional. He explained exactly what would be done. Our system had been idle for a couple of years and he had to work to find areas that needed repair. He was cautious when digging in our yard and meticulous with repairs.
When it came to working with training our puppy, I was impressed with his kindness to our dog as well as gentleness as she was introduced to her new boundaries.

I am very impressed with everyone at this business including office staff and Andy. Travis installed my fence on August 1 and did first training with my 2 golden retriever puppies and he was awesome!

Austin came out on August 4 and did second training and he was awesome!

Austin came out again on August 10 and did third training and once again, he was awesome. He treated my puppies like they were his own. He plays with them, praises them and gives them lots of love!

Tony came and worked with my son’s Boxer. He was great with Rocky. He’s very skittish but Tony made him feel comfortable! Tony was great to work with and super helpful!

Christopher was great to work with! He installed our new fence right after we bought our house and was very helpful in helping our dogs get started. We have a hyper great dane and an unpredictable pointer, but he was very patient with them and helped us learn what to do as we go through training.
