Constraction reviews in West Des Moines, Iowa

We added a puppy to the mix and as a result we had to re-start the training process. Kari was very helpful and it only took one call to know that they would have everything we needed when they arrived for the first of three visits. Everything was scheduled quickly and they were able to make the first appointment happen in short order also.
Tony arrived on time for each of our appointments and our time spent with together and working with our pet was well used. He is great with our animals as he also helped us train our other dogs almost 10 years ago. He had everything with him to make the first visit successful and our puppy has officially graduated to "full containment" and he loves the freedom.
Invisible Fence is a great product but without this level of service it would not have been so easy. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them. -
Christopher was so great to work with! I had an old system that wasn’t Invisible Fence and he was able to find the old lines and after testing them determined they could be used for my new system. He modified the line at the front of my yard so it wasn’t directly next to the road which was able to save his time and expenses in materials. So happy with how quickly it was installed. And then he paid careful attention to help train my mini schnauzer puppy. 10/10 would recommend

Austin was out today and got our invisible fence fixed. He was ready to go to work before the appointment time, found the breaks in the wires quickly, completed all the repairs to the fence that covers 1.5 acres. We have had the fence for well over 10 years. The original installation was for Felly, a Staffordshire bull terrier and our French bulldog Bozwell. The fence always worked awesome. Some construction and some landscaping in other areas had broken the wire connections so we stopped using it about 5 years ago or more. Felly passed but the Frenchie has stayed within our 1.5 acre area without it being operational. We now have a 1.5 year old Corgi that will be on the fence and the invisible fence will give Willie a lot of freedom. Boswell remembered right away what the flags in the yard were for, Willie is learning quickly and it will give him lots of freedom that he loves! Thanks for the help Austin! Nice Work!

Christopher handled the installation very professionally and quickly. He was very careful around the garden, and did the install without any damage. We are pleased with the final product! The dogs are still in training, but they are adapting well.

Christoper did an awesome job of installing my invisible fence where I wanted it. He was on time, polite and knowledgeable. He was so kind to my dog. The training was great too. On a very hot day, Christopher was very patient and never complained about the weather. Thank you for giving me peace of mind.

My dog and I are truly grateful for the peace of mind and safety your service provides. Special thanks to Tony for his exceptional support and expertise. We couldn't be happier with the experience! -
Fantastic! Andy was low-key and helpful, Christopher was a great installer. Christopher was friendly and personable, efficiently and cleanly installed the product, then did a great training with Lucy; she caught on right away. Thanks!

Christopher did a great job fixing our issue. He was friendly, professional and punctual. Explained how he fixed it and why he thought it was acting up. Before he left he made sure everything was working again and tested the system. Thanks so much Christopher!

Andy was great on contract specs and product and service details. Chris, the installation specialist, arrived early and got the wiring done relatively quickly, given we have over an acre coverage and steep rough terrain. He placed the fence on/very close to the initial design laid out by Andy. Training session for both dogs went fairly well. Two more training sessions to go. We had this fence in Virginia for 20 yrs so it is comforting to have it set up again for us in our new Iowa home. Our pets will be able to enjoy the outdoors with us. Thank you for the great service!

Exelente atencion y encontre lo que buscaba muy rapido

flooring and carpeting people are a complete dis-appointment. from quoting prices, keeping their word, to follow-up. i wish i had dealt with a local business versus dealing with them. a very stressful process, and turning into a nightmare.

I like this home depot. Good lumber and decent garden center. Better than most.

We love the attention! We have built many homes and their online portal that they use for communication is very nice

Excellent home builder. Brought in a plan we picked out and they fit it to match exactly what we needed. We couldn’t be more happy with our dream home.

Neighborhood Builders exceeded our expectations for our new home. The quality of workmanship, timeliness of response to questions, and overall interactions with staff were first rate. We'd heard horror stories from people re their home building experiences, not so with Neighborhood Builders. It was all good!

Building a new home was not something we ever intended to do given all the stress, decisions and unknown costs that go along with it. When we chose Neighborhood Builders we selected them solely from our experience with living in one of their Home show homes they constructed at the Ridge in Echo Valley. This experience gave us an inside look at the quality they can deliver. Second big driver in selecting Neighborhood was finding a location where we could use them as our builder. That's not always easy but lucky for us they were developing the new Woodland Estates in West Des Moines. Unlike most land developers who are also builders they didn't require us to use them as our builder which in itself is a testament to how confident they are in winning the home build. That made selecting them as our builder feel so much better than if they made us use them just because they owned the lot.
Third part of the process was the design, budget and build process. What we thought would be the most stressful part ended up being the opposite. Neighborhood Builders has a a real gem in Lynn Neswold their designer. She led the design process which really navigated the budget as well as timing on the project. Lynn was outstanding helping us not just make good decisions but to feel great about them after the fact. I can't say enough good things about her and the team of folks that literally walked with us day to day through the build process from start to finish.
That last part of the process as anyone who has built a home is the final completion and follow through phase. With any high end home there are decisions we make that may not be what you end up with or maybe din't meet expectation. Neighborhood and Lynn delivered on that just like all the other phases of our build. They quickly reassessed what it is we needed and regrouped with a solution. I remember telling Jake up front before I bought the lot that I never wanted to build a home and would never build another one. Well guess what, wrong again. I'm not in the market for a new home obviously but if you are I would suggest Neighborhood and the "Lynn Team" Well done...
