Ramona was fantastic! She left our home looking absolutely beautiful and smelling so fresh. On top of her excellent work, she was incredibly kind and professional. Highly recommend!

Showed up right on time, asked to do a walk through of the house and discussed expectations. She was great with my three cats. Asked questions when needed and worked timely. She was very friendly and did a great job with all of the cat hair at my house!

I asked on social media for a cleaning company recommendation for an over deep clean. I was contacted by the owner of Metro Maids and engaged in helpful and professional conversation to schedule a cleaning. Scheduling was easy, prompt, and the pricing was very reasonable. Today, Sonja, came by my home to provide the requested oven deep clean. The service took about an hour and the difference is night and day. The oven is cleaner than I could ever get it, and it would have taken me much longer for a lesser result. I am very pleased with Metro Maids and will definitely contact them for any future cleaning needs.

First time clean for a unit turnover and full building clean in an 18 unit apartment. The team did such an excellent job and Claire is so easy to work with, she is professional, great at communication and on top of things. Her team does good work. So happy to have found them.

Update: used MM again to prep for the holidays! I didn’t really know what to expect since last time my stuff wasn’t inside the house. This was an even better experience! Thankful I could trust them to just see the issues and fix it vs having to ask for certain things. Saved myself so much stress!

Best service I've had at a garden center. All employees were very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Good selection but pricing was out of control. I've bought plants and pots all over the city and I was very surprised by some of the prices even just for basics.

Staff is helpful and knowledgeable! Place is always tidy and displays are wonderful.

Earl May is one of my "go to" garden centers. When I've had concerns, the staff has always "made things right." I appreciate the service.

Great bunch of plants to choose from, friendly and insanely knowledgeable staff, I will definitely be back after I fail to green up my thumb once again.

came here this mornin to the 22nd Street Earl May and had the most unhelpful person not help me. Very rude and short with me. I'll definitely not be back to this location. Horrible service. One person makes the difference!

Best plants around. Kind of pricey but you know they will be quality purchases. Very friendly staff.

Although they did not have what we were looking for the staff was very helpful and assured us that Their inventory would grow As the season progresses
