Recently had CenturyLink install internet at my house. The wire was waiting to be buried when these guys come along and cut it with their mower. Didn’t even bother leaving a note. Type of people who would hit your car and leave the scene.

This team is great to work with. They give me a heads-up on days they come by so I can work my pet schedule around them, and they do great work. My lawn has never been healthier.

Quality Cut always does a great job. We’ve used them for years and you can always count on them to get it right and in those times when you need some additional work that wasn’t scheduled they are very flexible and can get it done.

These guys are fantastic. We have a house with 40+ old, OLD trees and a backyard that slopes like a black diamond ski run so the fall is not a fun task. But this crew makes quick and impressive work each and every year. Additionally, there wasn't a job too small either. Countless times they would come and fertilize/treat my yard. They are in it for the long-term and have customer service unparalleled in the industry. These are my people for as long as I live in Des Moines. No question.

Steve and his crews are always there for me when I need them on my properties. I love mowing my own yards when I can, but sometimes it's too much for me to handle, and I appreciate them helping me with it and other projects like fertilizing and laying rock. Their pricing is fair, and I really appreciate being able to talk to Steve when I'm being picky about something or want anything done differently.

Disappointing to say the least. I called these folks out to look at my business and get the deer in headlight look. Wanted a budget, I asked him what $5000 would do and again, blank stare. He asked what I wanted, I explained turf build up, bushes removed, and colorful low maintenance flowers added.... Still no go. I feel like you guys are the experts and that lead should be enough. He didn't give any indication that he was partly interested in my business which is disappointing. I have another vendor coming in and hopefully they will be a little more enthusiastic about giving an estimate and their expert opinion instead of feeling like I wasted his time-- yeah, he actually said that.
Response to owner- first of all you never mentioned anything about draining issues because I would have asked for your expert advice on which direction to go. Second of all, I am the boss/decision maker 😉

The workers from Quality Cut have done great work for me. They helped me pick up a large wooden arbor that had blown over during a storm. They've also been careful around some areas where we had seeding and sodding done.

Quality Cut has revived our lawn numerous times! They know what they are doing and they walk through with me very honestly the needs of our lawn as opposed to just trying to get more money out of our family. That goes a long way for us! We have asked their advice on numerous occasions—geese and how to keep them off our lawn; building patios and their suggestions; as well as putting in fences.
