Even though we have a small yard, A1 has treated us like we have acres. They are great communicators and all of their staff are professional and top quality to do what they say they will.

I was not home when Coleman came but the driveway and sidewalks were all clean. If there had not been paperwork left on my door, I wouldn't have know he was here. Thanks.

A+ Lawn really takes care of my lawn and my concerns. I tell them where I still have weeds growing, they treat them immediately. The only problem is I don't get notified when they are coming so I can unlock my gate.

Chris discovered and explained the issue causing the bare spots in my backyard. A+ offers an affordable solution. We have used them before for aeration, seeding, and weed prevention and therefore feel confident that they will solve this problem as well.

Our first three mows of the season did not have any trimming. As a result the yards (especially the back yard looked shabby). The mow job on the 9th was good and we finally got trimmed.

A+ Lawn has always provided effective and timely application for my lawn. The one time I experienced a problem, they were quick to respond and have moved to correct it. I would recommend them.

I used them for sprinkler winterization. Service person showed up got access to the Irrigation system and left without even letting me know. I really dont k ow if the work is completed or not. I checked after 2 hours, my garrage door and access points left open and she is no where around and their truck is gone too. Very IRRESPONSIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. This is my 3rd worst experience from using their service. I even received a "How'd we do?" email, and when I gave them the above feedback, their response was to "remind me of a pending balance" no apology let alone an acknowledgedment. These people are all about the money...I'd skip and look elsewhere.

If I could give Aplus a minus rating I would. Aplus doesn’t return phone calls half the time, they show up for appointments about half the time and our lawn looks awful. This past week they over charged me for a part on our sprinkler system by $475. They conceded it was their error. However, I’m on autopay. If I hadn’t taken the time to review the invoice, we would still be out $475. Maybe it was a mistake or maybe it’s only a mistake if the cardholder questions it. Who knows?

I was happy to learn that my lawn serviceman, Blake reported my lawn problem to the company in a timely manner. I heard from Mackenzie later the same day and then the next day, Mackenzie came to check on my lawn problem and she took some soil samples to test and identify the problem(s). She will get in touch with me when the results are back.

Scott Terrell ALWAYS provides a phenomenal professional experience! His recommendations about maintenance for the trees has resulted in compliments from my neighbors as they watched my trees look more healthy. Scott makes me feel valued as a customer and a person. He even took the time to share ancestry knowledge on the name Terrell / Terrill. Great guy!

Your team is very responsive to a follow up call we made about not receiving the service we paid for. They sent out another service within 72 hours. Extremely happy with the turn around.

After my Early Spring application I had some weeds pop up, A+ came out & sprayed. I'm enjoying my beautiful lawn now, and would refer anyone to give them a try. I have already referred a neighbor or two!

Neither my wife nor I were present when the service was provided; so no feedback is possible. One point: after both applications this season, I found no fertilizer or herbicide granules on the driveway or sidewalk. I questioned the adequacy of the application, but the grass is green, thick and mostly weed free.

The service is compatible to other business doing lawn care. I have noticed you have raised my application rate each year since buying out American lawn care. Almost twice as much as American Lawn Care was. It’s not like my lot doubled in size.

Kennedy was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped evaluate that our sprinklers were functioning properly, made recommendations on how long and often to run our sprinkler system, and noticed that one of our sprinkler heads was the wrong type for that area of the lawn. He also answered a variety of questions that we had about discolored spots in our yard, including what they were and what to watch out for. Would recommend!

I wasn’t home at the time of application. But I could see the evidence of spreading chemicals. My neighbor said you sprayed and spread. That’s awesome! That’s what I want, and the yard looks great. Plus the fact that it’s been raining like crazy doesn’t hurt either.

You are not a number with A+. Real personal service, quick to discuss your needs and the follow-up is great! My yard looks amazing! I recommend A+ to all my friends and family.

The service provided was pretty good, he could have cleaned off my back patio a little better...I also asked him to set up my Lawnmower blade which he did but also asked to have my trees fertilized and grubworm application applied but that hasn't happened.
