One of the reasons I picked McCune Heating & Air was because they were partnered with Costco. I knew Costco was particular about their paired vendors. I did get bids from 4 other companies because I do my research. McCune actually had one of the best bids. I was thrilled with the professional service I received. Every step of the process was handled perfectly from the estimate to the install and the inspection. I highly recommend McCune Heating & Air!

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism that was displayed by many people at Mccune for my scheduled annual HVAC checkup. I actually ask them to leave my property!
My family had used Mccune for almost 10 years but never again.

I had called a month in advance to schedule an appointment.
Clearly stated I needed completed HVAC annual checkup (both furnace & AC). I made it a point to clearly communicate my email and cell/text to them and that my schedule was very tight.
I also made a point to have them call me if any schedules change.

I was to have their first appointment slot at 8:30am
They arrived an hour late without calling.
The service person tossed their cigarette butt on my front porch.
He wasn't certified to do a complete HVAC checkup but only the AC checkup. They had sent their AC person on another job and no-one was available that day at all.
Not only did he offer no apologies for their mix-ups but he was fairly rude in his behavior.
I called their office while he was still on site and was given no apologies and the same bad behavior.
I ask the service man to leave.
I fully expected to hear from the owner with an apology but none came.

Since I have found another HVAC service company that does excellent work, is courteous and on time.

Technician was efficient & found our AC problem right away!! He knew what he was doing!! We appreciate the quick time to get a technician out to fix AC since the temps were 100+ those days it was broke. Will most definitely use them again!!!

Poor customer service and communication. Over a month to get a heater fixed. Multiple trips due to not having the right parts, broken parts, or not all the parts. Technicians were extremely late multiple times. No one got back with us as we were told they would with our quote.
When trying to come to a resolution the owner was extremely rude, blaming me for something the tech did and never apologized.

I appreciate the time taken to explain my options. The consultation was no pressure and helpful. I replaced my entire a/c system for less than some other places quoted. The owner later inspected the job to verify my satisfaction.

Dylan worked fast and took care of the clog, he was super friendly and polite! However not even a week later, when the sink was attempted to be used again, the same problem is occurring. I called to have them come out and take a look, but they won't without me paying another $89 service fee, to fix something that was already supposed to be fixed.

These guys are great, professional and do great work. Id recommend them to anyone . First had plumbing issues in my bathroom they fixed this quickly the next time I used them I had heating issues they came out promptly and resolved my problem.

This service was truly a blessing to have it completed the same day I called. The service men were knowledgeable and professional and worked through 6 hours without taking a break. The administration staff worked with me in finding a financial solution and was very helpful and professional in assisting me with that process. I am grateful and appreciative for the service I received from PD Plumbing today, and highly recommend their service.

Hunter and Travis serviced my furnace and also kindly cleaned off the outside unit, which had accumulated a significant amount of snow and ice.

I was able to get them on the same day with only a minimal service fee. I will definitely recommend PD to all my friends and family for HVAC and plumbing services.

I had PD Plumbing come out and install a new hot water heater when my existing unit started leaking. They were very prompt and offered a competitive pricing. The guys that came out also assisted with a few other minor plumbing issues.

Aaron and Cooper provided excellent service and communicated issues very well and surpassed all expectations when it came to fixing my mother plumbing. If I could them more than 5 stars I would, great service and great people. Definitely recommend and definitely will call them again when I need it!

Dylan was professional and thorough. He listened to our concerns while inserting his knowledge. Appreciated his time, insight and willingness to respectfully listen to our customer concerns and not eagerly dismiss our requested need and expected outcome. Even though he was unable to fix the problem; we know now how to correct the issue which did not end up being a plumbing related matter. Thanks so much, Dylan!

The technician got to my house within 2.5 hours of my phone call. The technician, Steven was Excellent! Steven was professional, informative, knowledgeable and personable. He took time to explain things and got the furnace running in a timely manner. I'd Highly Recommend PD to everyone!

Used them previously. They have excellent techs, but this time they wanted to charge me $3K to replace a standard water heater on a Sunday. And that was after they charged $189 just to come out and quote that absurd price. They offered to come out the next day for $2500. I called a different licensed plumber who came out the next day and installed a new quality water heater from the same parts house PD Plumbing uses for $1200, and it took him less than an hour. Had I allowed PD Plumbing to do the work, it would have meant an $1800 difference for Sunday work or a $1300 difference for Monday work. Outrageous and shameless price gouging. Will not be calling again.
