This is the 3rd time I’ve utilized PD Plumbing for both my Plumbing and HVAC needs. This time was an intermittent AC issue (the best kind). Hunter and Steven came out on time, did an appropriate amount of troubleshooting, and as of now have fixed the issue. Every time someone from here has come out they’re courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. I signed up for their service agreement because it’s a great deal and these guys rock.

Service call with PD Plumbing was great! Our technician, Andrew was amazing, professional and took time to explain things which was very much appreciated.

Today I had my outside hose faucet replaced, in a mobile home. Turns out that the main shut off valve is now in a hole that is full of water, and the valve is covered in mud and cannot be accessed. That didn't stop my repair man. He figured out a way to get the job done despite this problem. The repair took much less time than I anticipated, everything was replaced the way it belongs when he was finished and I was able to get a quote to relocate the shut-off valve. On time, friendly, answered all my questions, reasonable cost. Thank you PD plumbing.

I decided that the dripping faucets could be tolerated. No repair. Some debris was satisfactorily removed from washing machine hose. No further work needed. Plumbers were very cordial and competent.

Flat rate prices are unbelievably high for what should be simple fixes. Do not use this company because they will money gouge you. They take their 90$ fee to come out and check the problem and then will quote you after the fact some insane price that doesn’t even make sense. STAY AWAY!

Trevin, Tyler & Hunter came out and jet streamed our pipes and replaced a broken collapsed main water valve coming into our home. They are very efficient, informative and knowledgeable. They had great team skills, were friendly and kind! We really appreciate their promptness and their ability to fixing our problem. I would recommend these guys to do these jobs for someone else, without any hesitation. Give ‘em a call!!

My service technician was named Seth. He was excellent, quick, efficient. He fixed the obvious problem of a leaky toilet in about 5 minutes. Overall friendly, courteous, and respectful. Customer service was also phenomenal. Would highly recommend this business to others.

Replace a water heater, these folks stand behind their word. We purchased a commercial grade water heater on 10/2020 and it went out Saturday 1/2026. It had a 6 year warranty by the company who made it. The company who sold it to ball, said warrant went out in June as it was built in June of 2019. Ball stood behind it and replaced it even when State( the water heater company) said they wouldn’t. Chance the installer is great, jay the owner is great and Brianna is wonderful. So kind. Thank you.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I've had PD PLUMBING Heating and Cooling out to take care of both plumbing and mechanical issues. The crews were very professional courteous and knowledgeable of their trades. Dillonand his helper on plumbing and Hunter and his helper on the mechanical side of things. All should consider using PD for residential and commercial services.

They sent confirmation on time to arrived. They dug trench installed water line i visited one of the crew on the job about if they were going to hang water line off ground he said yes we'll it's still on ground I really wanted to insulate it and hang it anyway that's only reason why I only gave 4 stars, they after all hooked up and turned on no leaks back filled trench then got hold of me said job was completed no leaks I want to thank them for getting my new water line installed after bening without water for 3 days thanks again.

Dylan verified the leak which was more of a seepage. Reworked the install which resolved the problem. Great technicians great company.

We’ve been loyal customers of PD Plumbing in Augusta for over 10 years, spending thousands of dollars with them. They installed our electric water heater in 2020 and assured us it would be registered. Unfortunately, it was never registered, meaning the warranty defaulted to the manufacture date.

PD Plumbing serviced the unit with a drain and refill about five months before it failed. The failure was due to electrical arcing at the lower heating element and thermostat wiring- an issue that shows a direct correlation with dry firing or a wire being left loose during their service. We provided photos and documentation to support this.

PD Plumbing offered a $400 discount toward a replacement, but given the short timeline after service and that the tank had only been in use for 6–7 years, we didn’t feel this was fair. We ultimately chose to replace the unit elsewhere.

We understand that problems happen, but as long-term customers, we were disappointed by the lack of accountability. We’re sharing this so others can make informed decisions.

We purchased a heating / cooling inspection & service plan for the heat / air conditioning. The technician that came out with a trainee was hurried, poked a hole in the boot connecting the inside unit to the distribution trunk, then drilled a hole in one of the A/C ducts without telling me why or what he was doing. These holes were for thermometers. He checked everything out inside and closed everything up. They went outside to inspect the unit out there. When he walked right back into my home without knocking, he began rattling a laundry list of issues that were wrong and prices so fast I couldn’t keep up. Instead of be patient and explaining what was found; he asked if I wanted it fixed. I was furious, first because when they arrived they began to walk in without ringing the doorbell or knocking, did that again after inspecting the outdoor unit, was not informative or explain when poking holes in the system, began to get aggressive when I called him out about common courtesy so I ordered them out of my home and off my property. I followed them out and told him I should contact his company. After a wave of his arm I told him I was calling now. I spoke with his manager as he was putting the unit back together. I have used this company before and they were great..,

Mike came out to inspect my furnace with limited information as I do not know much about them. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and get it resolved. I really liked that he wasn’t forceful towards me to buy things I didn’t need and he gave great incite as to proper maintenance (which I will be calling them to come do annually!). I would absolutely recommend and will be using this service in the future!
