Toilet in our basement started leaking. I thought I could handle replacing it myself. Pretty straight forward I thought. Not so much, when I pulled the old toilet, everything that was under the toilet was completely rusted away. Welp, this job just stepped up another level. I gave Nick a call, explained the situation. He came over, parts in hand. Tore out the rusted and eroded parts, installed the new parts and wax seals, plus the new toilet for a very reasonable price. Honestly, having the ability to crap in the basement instead of the upstairs bathroom and waking my kid up at night is priceless to me. Thanks Nick!

Nick came out and went above and beyond to help me with the main line at my property. He located my main line in my back yard and didn't stop until he found and removed the issue! He did not overcharge me and he will forever be a gentleman in my book. if you need someone to help you with your plumbing needs this is the guy for you!

Nick has worked at both my old house and my new house. He always does excellent work, arrives on time, explains what needs to be done and is very reasonably priced. I trust him completely and feel totally comfortable having him do the work while I'm not home. Recently I had a toilet leak and drip into the basement. I called Nick panicked and he walked me through how to get the main water shut off and he rearranged his schedule so he could come out right away. He is honest and full of integrity. I completely recommend him!!

I can’t leave enough stars for these guys.! This is my first time ever calling a plumber and I will call no one else but Happy Days with my plumbing issues in the future. We had been without water for quite a few days due to frozen pipes and then they busted. When I called them I knew they were probably very busy with numerous calls. He explained to me that he was booked up but he would still come by to diagnose the issue. He kept his word and even though he was still booked up he fit me in anyway and came back and fixed the issue. They are honest, trustworthy, very knowledgeable and you can see that they really do care about their customers. My daughter, grandchildren and I thank you and appreciate you all so much.

Mr. Rick came out with his crew to try to service my plumbing even though the damage was extensive. He explained to me why he couldn't fix the problem today because extra work would be needed. He was kind and courteous and helpful.

We had a pipe spring a leak. I left a message kind of late in the evening not expecting to hear back til the next day, but got a call back shortly after sending the message. Nick came out the next morning and got us all fixed up. We had a really nice conversation before he left. Super friendly. Great customer service. We highly recommend Happy Day Services. I have never had a clog that I couldn’t unclog until Thursday night. I did everything and nothing worked. So Friday I had to call the plumber. I have heard horror stories about plumbers and I was terrified.. But I called Happy Day and they were awesome. Very friendly and fit me in the same day. Price was reasonable and he got the clog very quickly! I was very impressed and will use them again if I ever need a plumbing service again.

We hired Happy Day Services for plumbing work on a bathroom remodel. Nick looked at the project, provided a quote and we confirmed the date and time for the work. I also reconfirmed via phone with him a week out. He never showed up and didn’t respond to any phone calls or texts. Haven’t heard from him since. We were left with a demoed bathroom and no plumber.

Had an appointment between 12 PM and 3 PM, so I stayed home from work. Nobody called, nobody showed up. Left multiple messages and nobody has returned my call. Horrible customer service.

This company was set out by our warranty company 1st American home warranty, they did the same thing to us that many on here have complained about they wanted to charge us $225 to come next week to clean our air conditioner, put some change some duckwork, in the meantime they left our air conditioner with 2 raw wires on the outside so our air conditioner start working when I complain to the warranty company They said our air conditioner was beyond repair and to deny our claim. The worker spent most of his time taking photographs and given me estimates instead of pixing our air conditioner now hes saying that it's beyond repair even though he gave me a "for 225 to clean it next week and 695 to move the drain hose. This is the most dishonest company I have ever come across. Type Responses are lies and should not even be able to take into consideration. You never told me that the warranty company would rule out and deny my claim that's a straight up lie you can get on here and answer with your lies but they are still lies. You are completely dishonest,no one should use you. Not to mention that you are not vaccinated and do not wear a mask inside someone's house. Here it is the end of September 2021 and my AC is working just fine after another another AC company came and put free on in my unit. Again buyer beware do not hire this company.

Katlyn called Friday with a time for a service call the following Tuesday. The technician called ahead, showed up on time and fixed the issue with my AC. Excellent! No problems here.
