Jim Harper with Mechanically Inclined LLC is awesome! AC hasn't been keeping up and it was humid in our home. He was in our area Wednesday afternoon and worked us into his schedule. Straight shooter. Educated us on what's happening with our system, offered us all options/estimates after a VERY thorough diagnostics check! We were able to have a repair done that day and avoid a total replacement for a little while longer. Phil and I truly appreciate you, Jim!!

We’ve used Mechanically Inclined on every single property we own, and they’ve been incredible every time. It’s hard to find someone who is genuinely honest and not just trying to upsell you on things you don’t need and Jim is exactly that person. He’s straightforward, knowledgeable, and truly looks out for his clients. We trust him completely and wouldn’t use anyone else.

Timely response, excellent communications and very clear options for next steps. Jim was upfront and honest about the inevitable need to replace key components of this very-old HVAC system, but was also happy to provide alternatives that could extend the usefulness of the current equipment. We will definitely have them back out for start-up of the cooling season.

This company is trash they put in our ac units for our apartment complex and all of them have had trouble and have had to be fixed multiple times for the same issue they take parts off other units and put them on others to fix the issue then the next unit has issues!!! Hands down, one of the most honest people in the industry. Before I was referred to Luke Welker, I called multiple big name Heating / Cooling companies in the Kansas City / Overland Park area. All of them we're very professional but the prices that they presented we're much higher then Welker. Luke was referred to me by one of our church parishioners. Luke came out quickly to assess my needs and gave me a quote the same day. He installed a Lennox Heating/Cooling systems in my condo and did it quickly and professionally and most importantly he gave me a very fair price that was much lower then the rest of the big name companies.

Had my first maintenance done on complete new heat pump system put in our house last fall and the maintenance tech Duncan was very respectful and personable and knowledgeable.

Best heating and cooling around. Danny helped more than I could imagine. Installers were quick and efficient. Couldn't have asked for a better company to install. Had a few other quotes and mission heating and cooling wanted 3 times as much and acted like a bunch of clowns, telling you anything to get in the door....them clowns need to stay at the circus!

I had some alerts show up on my thermostats and I didn't think much of them until we turned on the AC...Called and talked with Danny who came out to check on things in less than two hours. Danny was friendly and professional from the moment he arrived. He assessed the AC units, found the problem, and repaired both units.

Wish I had a better review for a local company. Felt like all I got was excuses. They didn't complete the service even after I paid for 2 trips. Gave them a chance but ended up getting a brand new Trane outdoor AC unit from another company that was patient and worked with me to get access.
This is twice I have given this local company a chance and went with a bigger HVAC company in JOCO. I will spend more money if I trust and feel more confident in service and sales from someone.

Our technician was very polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable of the issues and easily able to explain it in a way we could understand. It was wonderful that they were able to schedule someone to come out right away as well. Would highly recommend.

We had our furnace and A/C replaced today. The two techs were on time, friendly, knowledgable, and did a great job on their work. We highly recommend Earl Bryant!
